Five stars to Top Hat Well Drilling! If any of you have been without water for even one day or even longer, you know that water is life! Without it, everything is miserable. You have to catch rainwater or find some just to flush your toilet. Until you're without it you really don't truly appreciate it! When I called Ben & Dennis at Top Hat Well Drilling my pump would not work on its own and I had to keep trying to figure it out myself, right away they said they would come test everything. I thought for sure it was a certain pressure gauge and switch, and I asked them to change all that out ....well, they worked very hard that day and changed everything. I still had an issue so they came right back the next day. I thought I'd have to go the entire weekend without water, but they tested it and found out the control box had issues and Ben had the parts they needed. Ben did a superb job spending a lot of time and explaining things. I also had him test the water to make sure there was no bacteria or worse for an extra fee at a lab. So thrilled that everything is working fine again! Water is life and boy do I appreciate my awesome well now that everything is running smooth! If you ever run out of water, low pressure, nothings working, or even just to have it checked out, possibly a deeper well than you have, make sure to call Terrier Pump and Water Quality!
