Then all of a sudden we started getting these letters. They have sent 3 letters trying the bill for work we did not approve. They obviously did work for the HOA and need to STOP sending us bills and contact FSR! FSR has said they already paid you so get your books figured out.

I have had them out twice to work on our water system. Had an issue with the well. Even though it was not an emergency Tom inspected it the same day I called and had it fixed two days later. He walked me through the issue, explaining in detail how the well worked and what was needed. Next I discovered several leaks at the garden hose bibs. I called on a Saturday, Tom and Billy had someone out on Monday. Fred was great and had it all done in less than two hours. He too walked me through how the well works, found another leak in the drain valve in the pump house and fixed that too. He had all the parts he needed with him, hence no delays! I asked for some documentation backing up what I'd just been told and I was sent a report, made by Tanko, from 1998, for which they charged me $75. I wrote back saying that the report didn't assuage my concern about my water level as of today, and would still like it tested, and no one ever responded.

Also found out that Ryan does twice a year water well maintenance. Will definitely be using O'Sullivan pump going forward!

I called Hedman a year ago and they came out made a change to the electronics that resolved the problem. A year later my well stops working so I call Hedman early in the morning and they say they can't get to me until 11am. They have two other clients ahead of me. I think no worries I can wait till 11 even if my wife can't. Within minutes of hanging up the phone I get a call from one of there managers John Sharp who says he will be at my place in 15 minutes. Amazing he diagnosed the problem repaired the electronics issue and informed me of things to keep an eye out on that cause the issue he resolved. He was helpful informative and new what he was doing. I highly recommend this company to anyone that has a well or pump issue. Excellent service for sure.

I called back and expressed that I wanted to get a water filter system installed and I wanted a water test that will cover everything that it will need for me to install a water filter test. I also expressed that I was not sure that test will cover that but I needed the one that includes everything such as iron and bacteria. Annette charged for a bacteria only service for $210. As a professional, Annette should have informed me that since I was unsure of what was all required for the test, that they will not be able to provide me a service until o can be sure of exactly what test I needed. Instead she decided move forward with a bacteria only test. Also, I had to follow up with the company for my test result. They did not send it to me. I also emailed them back about this disconnect between my request and the service I received and there was no response. I called them back and spoke to Annette. And her response was I should have asked another company to do the service and she can offer me another test for an additional cost. She did not acknowledge that fact that she should have detoured me from their services because neither her or I knew the service I needed. Instead she made the assumption that I needed bacteria only.

Our well stopped working Saturday ... nightmare . Called around . Most were too busy to come out …read more One company came out and looked at well without pulling up pump and said "it needs to come " out but couldn't do it .... We got ahold of Peters on Sunday and they came out first thing Monday . Nevada ( that's his name ! :) opened up the well house , tested everything and said yep let's pull that baby out .... What a haul ! Even called his boss Aaron who came right out to us to help pull it out . Once out , found out it Needed new wiring , new pump , the whole deal . Nevada had everything on hand on his truck and got us up and running with water within 3 hours . Super nice guy ! Very personable and told us everything about our well that we didn't know . 5 year warranty too . We will most definitely call them if we need any help ever again . In the case of…read moreAmerican Well Drilling & Pump Service they are heads and shoulders (and knees) above the competition, namely Tanko Well Drilling. About 4 years ago Tanko installed a new submersible pump for us using one that was over-sized for the output, they married brass fittings with galvanized fittings and did not run a ground wire (required since 1991). First, the owner Mike is not only extremely knowledgeable (30+ years in the business), but he is gracious, kind and patient. He answered all of our questions and provided a very nice solution to our low producing well at a price I thought would have been at least $2000-$3000 more. The solution was a 2500-gallon water tank positioned where we wanted it, out of the general view when driving in to our property and moved the over-sized pump to the tank and put the correct pump in the well. Another thing was that he was there helping set the tank and was periodically checking on the job and encouraging his team throughout the process. His team, Clayton and Steve, were terrific. They definitely knew what they were doing and went about the installation very methodically, wasting no time. Their demeanor was very, very pleasant, read professional, and were willing to answer any questions I had (I'm quite curious about stuff). They did not fumble about like some others we have experienced. We were impressed by the design of the installation, it was very neat and tight, taking only the space necessary. Icing on the cake was that they used all stainless fittings where metal was required otherwise they used schedule 80 pvc. None of that galvanized stuff for them. Yes, we would highly recommend them to all.

Without consulting us or securing our consent, Wild Heron drilled through our existing well (which…read morewas putting out approx. 10GPM) and drilled down 300 feet and found no water. They simply stopped drilling and sent us a bill for over $40k. Instead of putting in perforated casing in the area where we had been getting water (60-80 feet below ground level), they put solid casing in that area which meant we now had no water at all. We have had to pay $1200-$2000/week to have water delivered. The axiom for drillers is that you never leave a property (or well) in a worse condition than when you started. Wild Heron did the opposite and demanded payment for its inept work.

Terrible service... Took the job stating they could be there…read morewithin the week. Then cancelled and rescheduled multiple times at the last minute, on the day of the tests scheduled... twice! Do not use if under a time crunch for Real Estate. They have no concept of inspection period requirements. The lady at the front desk was nice and just passing along the information from her terrible boss who has no concept of how to run a business other than shady "take the job, we will get to it someday" mindset.. so dissapointed. Cost me more in reschedule fee's, late fee's and travel than the entire test would have cost.
