I called and left a voicemail letting them know and sent an email that my new card would be received in the next few days. We missed 3 weeks cause my son was sick in the hospital. So we had time banked, so there should be no problem. Something THEY CONFIRMED! My mother, a 78 year old woman, went in the day our payment should have been paid. The day I left a detailed message and sent an email giving them a heads up and asking them to reach out to me. The front desk lady, I believe her name was Brook she told my mom our card was declining in front of numerous other patrons. When my mom told her I emailed and called and I could call her back cause I was in a meeting. She responded with, "when we need that payment?" she embarrassed my mother in front of numerous patrons. My mom left very upset and that crap was not necessary. Then I called and put her in her place. She gave a half apology. The owner told me many people were defaulting on payments and she was frustrated. For 6 months we had no issue and I gave them a heads up. The fact that the owner stood 10 toes down on bad behavior. We finished out the month and pulled our membership. My son more in summer camp, but the weekly session he learned nothing but Pokemon. Don't waste your money here, there are much better programs with better people. Word to the owner be smarter with how you treat paying customers.

My 14 year old son has attended ID Tech Summer Camp for the past 5 years. Each year when the camp…read moreends, he is already talking about going back the next year. This summer he has opted for the overnight option because he has felt he was "missing out" by only going to day camp. My son has attended MANY different summer camps of all types, day and overnight, sports, academic, music, Boy Scouts, Disney, Sea World, in state, out of state, etc. ID Tech is at the top of his list. The staff to camper ratio is excellent and the staffers are terrific - high energy, fun, young, computer geek types. My son has been to the camp at both UCF and Rollins College - both facilities have been good. And my son has always commented that the food is great! The only negative is the cost - it's expensive. This camp is not for every kid. But if you've looked at the courses and your son or daughter has an interest in these programs, I don't think you'll find better.

I have seen approximately 3 people with issues and that is in the 8 years I have been coming. I would say that if you are a high maintenance person (especially with your hair), this may not be the right spot for you. Also, don't kid yourself, if you ARE high maintenance, you know who you are, it's OK. Just remember, these are STUDENTS. If you are open to students learning on you this may be a very affordable alternative for your hair! The one down side is the check-in process. This allowed for fewer mistakes in my opinion and allowed for the customer to speak up if they wanted something changed or differently. Nothing is worse when hairdressers go to fast and are hard of listening of when to stop. I would just reccomend reserving a date to book a person that's right for your needs.

Miss Bontrager has taught her so much Math and Reading this year, Miss Ballard makes every day magical and playful, Miss Victoria is a ray of sunshine in the halls, Mr Meisel has greatly improved her swimming and Miss Hicks has awakened the love of music in her!
