Her personality for uplifting you while at the same time having awareness of such a sad situation. She was a large part of why we felt comfortable. She reassured us of what good dog parents we were and how she would never leave her side during transport. She let me give Karma one of her toys to take with her. The card we received in the mail was genuine and hand written in the colors of a rainbow. We asked for the nose print and it was in the color of my room and Karma's little mats. My Karma went to rest peacefully in her bed just hanging out and doing what we always do. Thank you Dr. Abby for you kindness, your thoughtfulness, your consoling words, your demeanor, and for telling us that it is our job now to take care of each other. I live alone but for my cats, happily so, and so losing a member of my household - especially such a simple, happy, funny one - was horrific. Ash and the team at Crevasse's took the time to know us as a family, to understand what my wishes for her were, and to know me as a person. I never felt condescended to or coddled. They met me where I was. It meant I was able to grieve in peace with full knowledge that I didn't need to be afraid of what was happening to her. She was taken from me with reverence and respect, they offered to have the Tibetan Book of the Dead playing as they cared for her (they learned I'm Buddhist during consultation), and they treated her earthly remains and my feelings with absolute care.

I searched high and low for a crematorium that showed a caring attitude throughout the Ft. Myers/Lehigh Acres area, prior to my beautiful boys passing. Especially when it shows a business in a neighborhood!? Ft. Myers SEEMED attractive and the name of the place appeared appealing at first, BUT the business (in a small strip mall) DIDN'T HAVE AN EXHAUST FLUE? This tidbit told me that it was a middleman business. The Cape has a crematorium facility, but have fun parking there AND the facility includes a plain wood urn (w/no picture slot) but if you want one w/a picture slot that's "EXTRA"!? Coastal Crematorium located off of I-41 is worth the trip. They have an oven AND you don't have to pay extra for an Urn for your furry friend. They have extra nice quality trinkets that are sold seperately, so you can wear your cremated friends ashes around your neck. Included with the cremation price, which was very reasonable, you receive a small velor bag, a cremation (death) certificate and w/the purchase of the pictur urn, these good people engrave your loved ones name on top! It's a nice touch that brought tears to my eyes! I was QUITE IMPRESSED with COASTAL PET CREMATION and HIGHLY recommend them! You won't be sorry! My dog was hit and dragged by a distracted driver on 01/16/26 at/around 5pm. He was taken to the ER with a broken foot and VERY bad road rash. Hes a 102lb Mastador and normally a sweet boy but since the accident very reactive to anyone who touches his wounds (ofc) I needed to get him to a Surgery center 01/19/26 ASAP to have an evaluation and urgent surgery since he's been sitting on a broken foot for days. Contacted a well known surgery center who recommended this transport and I decided to give it a shot. Anytime Pet Transport said they can have someone pick Axel up in a carrier to then place in the back of a car so he does not have to jump up or down. PERFECT right? Day comes (today) and I text 25m ahead of time to make sure we are still on board. Nothing. I call, no answer. I give 10m and text again. Nothing. I give another 10-20m and call again. This time calls go straight to VM.. I was blocked. Tried calling with my BFs phone just a few moments ago before this review and Calls ring but no answer. I call once more, it goes straight to VM. At such a sensitive time they just GHOST. How dare they, how unprofessional and how cruel, not to me but to my pup Axel who currently has a gofund.me page titles Axels Unexpected Accident. I called the vet office who suggested trying them and told them about my experience and they will SURELY not be giving this number out again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
