I'm not sure where to start..! ..! These ladies are awesome & have an incredible team. It's always difficult to leave a fur baby but I have never felt the peace of mind as I did w/ Soho Hound. The team met us first to do an orientation (initial meet & greet ) before the trip. The 'pupdates' were so detailed, adorable photos, extremely thoughtful care... those pupdates *might* have been the highlight of my trip. Incredibly good communication... I can't say enough about how awesome this service is. (I didn't include a picture but they also keep track of everything on the app-the check in time, route of the walk, the key in the lockbox, how she was eating & doing business..). Incredible detail! Literally the greatest service I have experienced in a very very long time. This was and will be a solution to my very busy schedule. It was better than I could have ever imagined. My fiancé is one of those guys who is not supportive of strangers being in the house (house cleaner, handy man etc) so I had given up on being able to use a dog walk service. However, our Lou is no angel. His pound life induced PTSD makes him NOT able to be around other dogs. In the past, we used a board service but it was inconvenient and pricy. Lou's anxiety causes him to have accidents and daily board + bath was not fun. Soho Hound saved the day in short notice. The owners were responsive and flexible. They came to the house to meet Lou and understand the ins and outs of his care 2 days before we left the country. I set up everything on their easy to use app. I became mildly obsessed with the reports following each visit. Pretty sure lou loves their walkers more than me now. They cleaned up a few messes graciously. They treated Lou as if he was their own. They alerted me when the lock code did not work and could not get into the house. The gals at SoHo Hound are the best out there. Lalka, Amanda and Hanna were so quick to respond to my initial inquiry and got me all set up with my account, as well as a meet and greet with my girl Sun. They are so helpful with helping me schedule my dogs walks, and even smile when I ask for odd requests (wiping dogs paws when coming inside, making sure all her toys are with her, turning lights on, taking in packages, etc.) The coolest thing about SoHo Hound is that they train everyone on your dog. For example, the first time Aubrey came, she was trained by Hanna, who already knew our house and Sunny. On another visit, a new walker came, and she was also trained by Hanna. It is nice to know that none of the walkers come into my house "blind". They aren't just a dog walking company, but they are a dog loving company. I asked them about dog allergies in Florida, and they had recommendations. I asked about a harness for walking and they had great suggestions. The owner told us that she would not take care of our pets anymore because we were questioning the price. They took good care of our animals, but in my opinion, acted unprofessionally regarding our right to research other services. read more
