I have been coming to this store faithfully for 2 years. I have spent so much money in this store. Very loyal even though their prices are high! I came into the store right before they closed. Which I never do .. but life happens. I literally was pushing it to get there. His first thing he said to me was " I'm trying to close" That was rude! Man, came in here today, and boy the guy who was working is dumb asf. Y'all looking for edibles, just buy that stuff online, and don't trust the cake products he has in stores, I'm surprised they even carry cake because that brand is known to have a bad rep. Cake literally is cbd mixed in with with shady stuff, it's laced with bad things. I strongly suggest not to buy anything that says cake on it. These guys trying to make a quick buck outta ya, they don't research any of their products, not a good store at all. I don't understand these other reviews.... this is my local shop and all the workers here are friendly and will great u as u walk through the door as long as they aren't to into it with another customer so they disrespect the person they are dealing with. It's a high and low end store for all varieties of customers and their income. They usually always have the newest releases but once they are gone they are gone because the constant change in the market they don't restock because the next new thing will be out so they get that instead of what came out last week. They will let u sit down and build ur mods all day and help you get it just right. Idk what the other reviews are saying but come in here enough and u become a regular and they know what u want and like and that's what I like most =) 100/100 with my experience since day one! read more

I hate to do this, but this vapor store seems to focus more on pushing products and sales more than customer satisfaction. I came in asking about a burnt taste from my Vape device and was told that I should buy an entirely new tank, so I could use better coils. I figured why not and bought the new tank and coil for $63. The very next day I had the same burnt flavor in the new coils and tank. After asking about a return policy or possible store credit to just get my original purchase I intended to get. I was told that the manager could give me 15% off my next purchase recoils, which were only $40. I should have just stuck with my original plan and gone up to Hamilton on route 33. That meat store has good policies and even better prices than this Vape store. I was just trying to save the gas and time and ended up spending more money anyway, I hate to leave a bad review on a small business. But for your own sake, avoid top line vapor on route 38. read more

Store is tidy, well set up and have a lot of options for juice and mods. However, the customer service was not very great and the person who sold me my juice didn't say hello or anything when my wife and i entered the store and was not very personable. I have been a customer of this establishment for a long time period and recently when I moved into the area I was able to frequent the store a lot more. 95% of the time I enjoy the staff and the environment. Today was that 5% I recently purchased 2 vaporizers. The gentleman who sold them to me explained a lot about each of the devices before I purchased them. One of them I was a little hesitant to buy but he was relatively persuasive in his sales tactic. So he told me about the 1 particular mod and when I asked the return policy he explained to me that there was a 3 day return policy. Now I made sure to ask before I left the store that if I didn't like the product if I could exchange it for a different kind. He expressed to me that I was able to do that. fast forward 3 days later within their timeframe, I go into the store to exchange the product for a different kind and the gentleman behind the counter scoffs at me and tells me that he can't return the product. I explained to him the situation and the conversation I had with the rep a few nights earlier and he basically said that I was beat and that he couldn't help me. Chapter explaining to him that I've been a long time customer and spend a lot of money in this store with a smirk on his face he then still told me I was out of luck. Apparently they can only take the product back if it was broken. I told him there was nothing wrong with the product it just wasn't the type for me and I would gladly exchange it for something else in the store. Being very rude and very of noxious he would not even give me the chance to explain. So now we go from being a long time customer to no customer at all. I hope the $20 piece of trash product you guys sell is worth the loyalty of a customer who have so spent hundreds of dollars on juice and different things in your establishment. Well that's over now. As a fellow customer service representative your store should be ashamed of themselves with the way they treat people and also for the record you should probably educate your representatives also on your policies. Top Line Vapor has a great staff. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. No issue or question is too small. I feel comfortable going in here and appreciate all the time they spent with me when I wanted to switch mods, etc. Their house brand flavors are also amazing and their prices are great. read more

I do not recommend this place at all. First I will start with the fact that their selection is abysmal. They only have two short displays of mods and tanks. They have over 100 flavors, half of which are garbage. Especially their line of e-juices. Awful stuff. Now finally the worst part. Their customer service is god awful. When I came to them as a vaping noob I was simply directed to one type of starter kit. They didnt seem to have the patience to try and help me pick out something right for me. In addition to that, when I asked what exactly ohms were and what type of difference it would make in a vape, the man helping me simply stated "flavor" Considering I felt unwelcome I just accepted this answer and went on my way. As I got home I looked up all about ohms and got the real answer. Yes it can affect flavor, but he failed to mention that higher resistance creates a hotter coil and vapor. And more importantly that in certain setups, you need to pay attention to your ohms for safety sake. He simply didn't care enough to warn me that theres always the possibility of blowing up your battery if you're using too high a resistance for that battery. All I got for an answer was "flavor" a one worded answer from someone that didnt have the time to assist a customer. Absolutely terrible customer service. Then I drove 15 minutes from top line and went to Popies Vapor lounge. Large large selection, great flavors, and best of all, great customer service. Very welcoming and helpful. So forget this dump and go to popies instead. read more

I was very satisfied with the service and as far as the selection was concerned they had what I wanted and for a lower price than other stores. I rated the service and very thorough education I received by not one but three of the store's employees as five stars. Candidly, I don't care if the store isn't glitsy or has a "my dog's bigger than yours" mentality because I'm new to vaping so my interest was in learning more about it. I was pleased to notice they took turns answering my questions while not neglecting any of the clients that walked through the door. I can't speak to product quality or availability but I do know from personal experience that it takes significant money to start and operate a business especially in NJ. They demonstrated patience, knowledge and above all were respectful. For that, they have my business. read more
