My experience has been very positive as a frequent visitor to Boston for many years I often return to this store because it has a very decent range of beer and wine to suit a range of budgets and tastes, plus, I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful, despite others experiences suggesting otherwise. My only suggestion for management would be to ensure their posted hours, online hours, and actual hours of operation actually match; I've had one or two times when the store was closed when it was listed as open. In addition to beer there was a lot of merchandise available for sale. We grabbed some coasters, magnets, glasses, and bottle openers to bring back to NY for our friends. The line was a bit long but there were three cashiers so it moved pretty quickly. They accept both cash and credit. The pack your items well in a signature Samuel Adams shopping bag. The bottles are wrapped with foam to ensure they don't break or bang against one another. There is a cardboard cut out of Sam Adams near the exit so you can take a bunch of silly pics with it on your way out. If the parking lot is full street parking isn't so bad even on weekends. We parked about two blocks away near the residential area.

He might have it and he will order it. I asked him for a really specific bourbon that's not terribly common, and he had it in a day. A DAY. That's great. And it was cheaper than the bigger liquor store down the road. FH Liquors is an excellent example of a small business with very little behind it that strives to serve it's customers with good customer service and products they want. I will go here all the time.
