We arrive to our appointment and they said "we can't take you we have to cancel you guys". They said they had a whole bunch of walk ins that they took before we walked in and had no space so they cancelled our appointment. Couldn't even speak proper english barely understood her. The tech was very meticulous but I left there with four of the finger on my left hand bleeding from too aggressive cuticle work. 24 hours later and still painful and red. She tried to cleans the bleeding in the unsanitary finger soaking bowl. I am treating now with an antibiotic creme and washing with alcohol and hydrogen peroxide to try to prevent once tion spreading. I will not return and advise others to avoid. I am not one to complain about nail salons or be picky when getting my nails done, but this was truly one of the WORST nail experiences of my life. I asked for a dip manicure and had dip polish on my nails to be taken off. Once they took the dip off, I asked to keep the same shape of my nails (almond) and just cut it down a bit. It took 3 different people to know what an almond nail shape was. At this point I was pretty concerned. I was handed gel colors to chose from and once I picked a color and realized they were going to use gel rather than dipping powder they argued with me and then showed me the very limited amount of dip colors available. I knew that this was not going to turn out good so I asked if I can just pay for whatever they want to charge me for removing my current dip powder and leave. I was charged $20 for them to remove dip powder and give me a "manicure" aka cut down my nails (all which I thought would be included in a typical dip manicure price). WOULD NOT RECOMMEND read more

I went to get a a full set and pedicure. I wanted something very simple. White on my toes and very plain almond shaped acrylics. My pedicure wasn't terrible but there was barely any massage, the polish is streaky and all over my toes. I am not normally one to complain but this is probably the WORST set of acrylics I've ever gotten and I've been getting acrylics for 6 plus years. I asked the man doing my nails 3 times to fix the shape to make the bed of the nail more narrow but he kept a making the tips more narrow. They are see through, bubbly, bumpy and all very uneven. There was acrylic left all over my fingers and they aren't even straight on my fingers. After the third time asking to fix them I gave up. And the attitudes of the workers was very unprofessional. During my appointment everyone left to the grocery store across the street and got starbucks and food then proceeded to eat their snacks and talk extremely loud amongst each other. The man doing my nails was very aggressive when handling my hands. Throwing them around yanking my wrists and at one point made me bleed. Along with the price being 95 dollars for both. I have gotten a full set and pedicure (both being better) for much less. Overall I will never return and hope others read this before unknowingly going in and having a very bad and expensive experience. This place does not even deserve a 1 star. Went in for a mani/pedi with normal nail polish. The cuticle care was below sub-par, the nail polish even worse. The lady doing them kept missing the sides and just painting the top. They put the coats on right after another which left no time for drying in-between the layers so left globs of paint. The manicure she barely did my cuticles and everything even the nail paint was half-assed. I stayed because they already started. They do not have anything to dry the paint. I stayed for about 15 minutes after in hopes the paint would dry, but when I got to my car and left I hit everything. The paint came off in a plan just by nicking it. Tells me the paint is old and cheap. DO NOT GO HERE! Also, I kept over and over telling her to please paint the full nail. The thi g is she could barely see what she was doing. WORST pedicure of my life!!! First off everything is falling apart in this place, you can feel the metal digging into your thighs in the chair. The pedicure and the tech were good at the time, until another customer came in and the tech took the instruments she used on me and began to start the pedicure on the next customer. She saw me staring at her so decided to go rinse them off in the sink. It was at that moment I realized she had used unsterilized instruments during my pedicure. To make matters worse a week later only my big toes had polish left on them. Save your money and paint your own nails. PS this is my first and only 1 star review. I will never go back! read more

Find somewhere else to go for a manicure! The nail tech was gramma from Vietnam and does a really terrible job. First she didnt take all of my old nail polish off, then she didnt use cuticle remover so my cuticles were half done, no oil anywhere in sight and about a dime sized spot of lotion for my hands and forearms. The worst part was her color application where she first painted over my old polish then literally put on 2 thick coats and either left gaps on the side of my nails or painted onto my finger. Not to mention my cuticles were dry and rough and she thought it was just fine. I made someone else take the globs of color on my nails off, do more cuticle work and put on 1 coat of clear. I am still not happy to pay for what was done as my nails look barely better then when I went in. Needless to say...I recommend you go somewhere else. I went early morning on a Friday for a gel manicure ($35) and there was no one there so I got started right away. I chose 5 colors (one per finger) which was an extra $5, and the colors I chose did not end up those colors but I was okay with it. The gentleman doing my nails was very thorough and paid attention to detail but made a good amount of mistakes. Made my middle finger bleed on the nail and on the skin. Some sides of the nail aren't painted well but I'll get over it. Overall decent experience but I won't be trying any more nail salons in Flagstaff, I'll gladly go down to Phoenix instead for a good gel manicure. read more

Today, I spontaneously decided to drop in for a pedicure. This was not my normal place, but I was in this particular shopping center for other errands, the interior of the shop was very pleasant and there was no wait. The pedicure started well enough. Though the water was too hot, the technician quickly adjusted it. Upon noticing my calloused heels she suggested they be treated and I readily agreed. However, after pinching me once with the cuticle cutters and then softening my callouses with lotion, the technician went at my heels with her scraper with such a vengeance that she drew blood! I winced loudly. She looked and then placed my foot back in the basin. I had to pull it out for the remainder of the treatment due to the sting! She offered a soft and vague apology. the calf and shin massage was rough and overly firm and I had to request it be lighter. The paint job was finished in a hurry, leaving paint on my nail beds and while I sat and let my toes dry, the technician returned to her own massage chair, logged onto her laptop and relaxed until it was time to check me out. No further apology was offered, in spite of me limping out as I could not put pressure on the wound just yet. No discount was offered. The price for my 30 minutes (including drying time) was $35...pricey for Flagstaff. I won't be returning. read more

When I walked into the salon for an acrylic fill, no one even acknowledged me. Two of the employees were sleeping in their chairs, and the third was in Lala land. I finally asked "is anyone working here?" That at least woke them up. The nail tech I had--Unfortunately, I don't know her name--cut the heck out of my cuticles. Some of them bleeding. The rest look very ragged. She did not get the polish close enough to the cuticles. It is very questionable that they sterilize anything in the salon. If they do, I did not see it. I was very disappointed with my French gel manicure. First, they did a terrible job removing my prior gel polish which left the surface of my nail bumpy. Second, the manicurist had some sort of discoloration on her nails which I am hoping was not a fungus. Third, when she removed the excess, hard skin around my nails, she left it very rough.
