Positively the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever gotten! I didn't even bother to get the…read moretechnician's name because I knew I will never go back. For the pedicure, she was so worried about getting the scrub on her clothes that she kept pulling the towel over her pants and pushing my foot in the scrub. She ended up leaving some on the bottom of my foot and the back of my leg. She didn't put the separators between my toes so I had to be super careful while they dried, but while I was getting my manicure she stepped on my foot 3 times. I have never had a manicure where they didn't soak my hands in hot water first. She just put some cuticle conditioner on my nails, sprayed them with some alcohol and went to town with the cuticle scraper and clippers. Then she cut them down and filed them with a regular emery board, not the nice nail files usually used. She lightly ran the buffer over them then sent me to wash my hands and polished my nails very messily. Done! I came home and had to file them myself to shape them and of course that messed up the edges. I'll probably end up taking the polish off because my nails will look better plain than with this messy polish. I won't make that mistake again!

I requested a longer, tapered shape with a soft ombré French fade. The technician insisted on doing something different, saying it would look better on me, despite my repeated attempts to explain what I wanted. The nails I received were much shorter, boxy, and bulky, with a harsh white instead of a blended fade. The shape, length, and finish do not match the reference photo at all, and the cuticle work looks unfinished. What made the experience more uncomfortable was that the technician stood by the register while I was paying, which felt like pressure to leave a tip, despite the service not matching my request. I believe nail professionals should respect a client's preferences when a reference photo is provided and maintain a comfortable, professional atmosphere throughout the visit. I'm sharing this so others with a specific look in mind know to be very clear and firm.
