Just got into town on Friday, with planned tour to Antelope Canyon on Saturday. After the long drive, we stopped for dinner and then saw this salon still open. I have got to say IT WAS GREAT! We didn't expect to stop in and get pedicures but my friend and I had nothing else going on and we weren't going to go drinking so we decided to get our toes done! Service was great! Loved that the new owners were so friendly and attentive. They told us that they just took over the salon since last September. I loved that they were so detailed in executing my pedicure and definitely took their time! Place was clean and they even stayed late to finish up our pedicures. First off, the customer service was amazing. Michelle was friendly and had a great sense of humor. She was also incredibly efficient, without making it feel like she was rushing us. Now this was not the best gel manicure I've ever had, but it wasn't nearly as terrible as some of the other reviews said. It was all gummy and it was hard to come off. These people need to be reported to state board. I debated whether to review because the staff is so friendly and were quick to get me in for an appointment... that being said, there's some things worth mentioning. So I went in for a Gel manicure and on close inspection my nails are uneven? Like the coating on the nail is bumpy and you can see the strokes from the brush. I'd noticed during the manicure that I was able to see my nail so I asked for an additional coat. Got a good laugh when he told me that "in Europe it's popular to only get one coat" and that he'd already done three, so I guess we were done there. Upon drying I was disappointed and spoke up about how several of my gels were overlapping my cuticles and were looking a bit rough (the top coat was already smudging, losing its shine) The woman in charge of my friends pedicure told me to wait a moment and she would "fix them" before she walked up with a nail filer (she was just using on a different customer) to try and shape them. That was the end of that. ***My BIGGEST CONCERN would revolve around sanitation - as when I first walked up the tools used to mold my nails were already coated in a layer of nail dust. There were clippers picked up and used from a random station and my friend even reported her foot scrubber didn't look like it had come out of a sanitized package. My experience with this nail shop is unique. I enjoyed the man who worked, he was kind and talkative. He was working by himself on the Sunday I went in to get a pedicure and gel polish. I ended up being in the nail shop for 3.5 hours waiting, and soaking. It was odd he did not set up a spa tub for me to wait in, rather than a regular chair. He seemed a bit out of sorts. He was kind and all, but as an over all nail experience it was not the best. I asked him to cut my nails shorter, and he didn't. The pedicure was $35, and it wasn't all that great either. My total ended up being $64 and I thought that was high considering the wait and quality of the job. But I will say for a small town, I didn't see any other options on a Sunday (every other salon was closed), so I took my chances and if I had to go back, I would probably try to do without. read more

Don't waste your time or money. Came in to get a gel polish change (not even a full pedicure). I wouldn't have cared that I got charged for a full pedicure if my nails came out decent, but they were absolutely TERRIBLE. He left nail polish all on the corners of my skin, painted different amount of paint coats on each nail, the polish looked so sloppy (a three year old could of done a better job) and overall very unsanitary. Awful customer service. I went in for a pedicure and gel paint on my fingernails. They made another customer wait with her feet in the foot bath the whole time I got a pedicure and manicure. My gel manicure lasted all of 2 days and when I went in to get 4 of my nails fixed 4 days later, the employee told me she would have to charge me half price because I didn't come in sooner.
