THE WEIRDEST PEDICURE EVER! Nothing about this manicure/pedicure was like anything I've had before. The owner of this salon has her husband doing nails (Which is totally fine by me). No soaking of my hands or feet before starting. I sat in an office chair across from the manicurist. No cuticle trimming. He used a battery operated file. No lotion or hand/arm massage. While my polish was curing under the lights he told me to put my foot up on his lap so he could do my toes. He did my entire pedicure by me sticking my feet up under the desk on his lap. So uncomfortable!! Both physically uncomfortable as my hips hurt so bad putting my legs up under the table, and uncomfortable in the sense that my feet are in a man's lap. Then he had me move to a nearby chair and soak my feet in a bucket of water with marbles at the bottom. He put lotion on my feet and we were done. 3 hours and $95 later!! I felt like I got way overcharged for what I got. I've had plenty of manicures and pedicures and nothing has been as weird or expensive as this. I came here because the previous reviews were so enticing.....however no one mentioned how the pedicure was actually performed and I see now that they are also 3-5 years old. read more

I got gel nails done by Dorian Hunter and they turned out perfect I love the way she does nails. When I normally get nails at other places, they do the plastic tips for fake nails, but she just used a gel that formed hard and last longer than the plastic tip ones! read more

Okay so this is really disappointing but is needed to be said, I've been here once before and the experience hadn't been like this. I went to get a gel set from Chandler and I've been to him once before and at first I thought he was a nice, friendly man but throughout my appointment (which was 2 hours) he would not stop talking about politics, my college (which he hates), his opinions, etc. We don't know each other and I am not a regular customer and don't plan on going back, especially after I was visibly uncomfortable and I even told him "I feel uncomfortable about this topic, can we please stop talking about this." And his response was "you don't get to choose when you debate, you don't have a safe space in this world." And I was appalled! Im only 19 and I just wanted to relax and get my nails done. He has no respect for boundaries, please don't give him business. read more

Normally, I do not write bad reviews I simply let it go. In this case I was treated unfairly. The owner of the salon can be nice if she smells money, however her ability to take responsibility is marginal if not nonexistent at best. I have had her cut my hair and wax my brows 3 times within the last 8 months. I normally text her to set up an appointment. She (Shelly) responded and gave me pricing of $35 for cut and $15 for brows. When I'm finished with my appointment she charges me $65. I wasn't paying too much attention as my husband came in to pick me up and he was in a hurry. When I got home I texted her to let her know that's not what I had been paying and her text confirmed her pricing. She DID NOT TAKE OWNERSHIP. She said someone else responded to my text. Mmmm... TAKE OWNERSHIP and refund my cash...I went to her salon once and it was not open. I texted her and gave her 2 options. NO RESPONSE mmmmm...you don't increase pricing in 8 months $15 especially after she texted me with pricing...it's too bad...there are many places in town to get my hair cut...This is a small town with lots of salons that do an honest days work for an honest pay. By the way, I was giving her the benefit of being a new client getting use to my hair..First cut very uneven, second cut I had asked her cut it shorter and she mumbled so you don't have to come back for 6 months, third cut over charged with a text confirming pricing. read more

I read the reviews on a couple Salons in Page, AZ and chose Dimensions Salon & Spa. I am glad I did. Shelley, the owner and my stylist, is a very busy business owner. She manages to balance her business work and her stylist work very well. I recommend a client be flexible and not in a hurry, but you won't be disappointed with her service. I just want to thank her for taking the time to listen to me, the attention she gave me and finally THANKS for the GREAT haircut I received.
