But I had a plan. I went on Yelp and searched for German food trucks in all of Houston. The Sauer Kraut Food Truck popped up as, by far, having the best ratings/reviews. I then went to their Facebook page, and as I expected, their most recent post was that they were at the Tomball German Heritage Festival. I assumed that any German food trucks in Houston would be and was glad I turned out to be right. Earlier in the day, I walked past the truck and was definitely intrigued when I saw it say something on the side like, "German food with a Texas twist". But I had no idea that they had such good reviews when I initially saw that. We ended up ordering a jager schnitzel sandwich and a currywurst. Both were about as great as one could have hoped for. And while we did not love our overall experience at this festival, The Sauer Kraut Food Truck was the highlight for us. We will definitely stop here again if we see them out and about in the future.

There is not way I can truly judge a Cajun stand by chicken wings alone, so you will definitely have an update once I start trying things.
