I don't understand how this place has these many good reviews. Let's start with this, out of the 5 times I've been here, 3 times they've said they're out of boba. And this is before at least 3-4 hours of them closing. I got the Halo Halo blender last time and it was actually pretty good except the boba was sticking together in clumps. So I got it again this time. Nothing like the last one. It literally tasted like straight water. Their customer service isn't good either. My wife told them "no tropical toppings" but forgot to say she still wanted boba in the drink. Yes, her fault, but she asked nicely for them to add boba, and 2 people say "I thought you said you didn't want tropical toppings." It's not like we got it for cheaper if there weren't tropical toppings, btw. And then the last time I was there I was in the drive thru, & the first thing the girl says when I pull up to the window, "how much would you like to tip?" What an awkward encounter trying to pressure customers into tipping. I didn't tip just because of that. Weird place. read more

Coming from out of town to visit my friends and family members in the Houston area of Texas. We explored and found this amazing café that is very super kid friendly with a little playground and a play café for the little ones to play and feel super safe while we ordered our drinks and Boba. We were craving Asian desserts and couldn't find anything else except for revive Cafe here. Their service is also top-notch and everyone is super friendly. Absolutely adorable cafe! Such a cute and cozy spot. I especially loved how kid-friendly it was, with plenty of games and toys for kids of all ages to enjoy. It made the whole visit so relaxed and fun for our family. My favorite drink was the Purple V, a Vietnamese coffee topped with ube cold foam. It was rich, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet. So delish! We also tried a strawberry smoothie and a custom-made coffee milk tea for the kids (caffeine-free, of course!), and they absolutely loved it. When I saw there was going to be a boba place so close to my house I told EVERYONE how excited I was! My husband and I visited the cafe earlier this week. Everyone there was very nice and helpful! I got a brown sugar milk tea, I didn't realize they would use whole milk (that's on me) and the brown sugar tasted a bit odd, but it was still good. Definitely not worth the $. If you order Vietnamese coffee with tapioca boba, they fill it with ice to the top (way too much), and the tapioca boba is WAY TOO MUSHY (not firm at all). Could not eat them. Lemonade is either too sweet or too sour (or something is off)...takes forever...and they always ask for a tip before you even see your drink...we have given up on this place unfortunately. read more

first time we went it was great, customer service, everything was wonderful... we went again today and customer service was flat, not welcoming at all, they got our entire order incorrect, we ordered breakfast 3 BAGELS and they gave us all croissants, and when i said something we got a 'oh sorry'. we also did not get the BOGO lemonade. charged for both. i also switched one of the drinks from a smoothie to a lemonade for my daughter and she still charged us for the smoothie. pretty disappointed. probably won't be back now because of the workers today. very unfortunate. read more
