I needed a mailbox installed and had tried for 3 months to schedule various handyman recommended by neighbors. I finally took things into my own hands and searched for a reputable and highly rated handyman on Yelp. There were several options to choose from, but I was immediately drawn to Brian's business because it is locally owned and operated by him. Plus, I really liked his bio. I could tell he was someone who enjoyed his work and was focused on high quality outcomes for customer projects. Brian did not disappoint. Every step of the process was a good one. My first point of contact was through Yelp messaging. That's when I first knew I was on the right track because Brian promptly replied. Moreover, his communication skills were excellent from the get-go. He was able to fit me into his schedule a few days after my request. He arrived on time prepared with what he needed to do the job. Everything went smoothly, especially because Brian and I had reviewed the installation instructions through photos I attached to our Yelp messages. He was able to acquire the remaining needed materials that I did not have on hand. Brian clearly knew what he was doing and got the mailbox installed without any problems. He charged a reasonable amount and was a pleasure to work with. I had a great customer experience. I already have other projects lined up for him. Living in a 200-year-old home is going to provide plenty of opportunities to call on Brian's experience and excellent problem-solving skills.

Luis was EXCEPTIONALLY responsive, and quick to offer to come out and take a look at the project. He explained everything and was quick to return a quote that was very fair and comparable to others received for the job. He was very easy to get in contact with and returned messages within an hour. He was friendly, kind, personable, and even made it a point to spend time with our pets before he left. Basically -- while I can't speak to the actual skill (although other reviews were happy with LBS's work), service and responsiveness was an A+, which for me matters a ton when hiring a contractor for work on my house.

The crew that came to paint was on time, professional and did a really great job. Fast forward a year and we decided to have the 'original' home painted as well as another addition. We immediately called Chris and gave him the business without consulting other paint companies. Similar experience, the job was completed in the time frame communicated to us, we were kept in the loop the entire time and the result is fantastic. When the crew was pressure washing the 'original' home they went above and beyond and also pressure washed a section of house not being painted that was covered is a light green tint of grass debris.
