Parking is good, a couple tv's, free hot drinks and pretty clean. Worker always available but wished that last load could be a bit later. Cleaning chemicals smell harsh during evening clean up. Short haired lady,that has Tuesday and Saturdays, cleans the least but takes the most frequent cigarette breaks. When she's in the bldg she's in her cell phone. (Worst worker of the 3) That type of worker that wants to get paid but not break a sweat! Evening guy cleans up well however for some dang reason is always returning my carts that I'm still obviously using! Other than that he's pretty good! WENDY IS BEST! She cleans away and is busy on her toes, asks if you need anything, doesn't take your cart or take too many breaks. Wendy offers my child something to color and is genuinely a great person. Oh my goodness I happened to stumble upon this awesome laundromat called Top Notch it's on Coffee at Scenic. I was so tired today while doing laundry at this facility. I left behind my expensive comforter, sweater, my dog blanket and a couple of other items. I called Chad the owner he had them there ...they were folded and bagged for me. I intend on going back to this place, it's clean, it's safe and relatively inexpensive because I dried a load of laundry for 50 cents for 45 minutes and everything was dry. Chad is the owner, he's on site and extremely courteous and I will recommend him to my friends. Be Calm and Stay Clean! Oh they also do laundry. I believe he said it's a dollar a pound. read more

I stopped in to do my laundry because I'm living in my RV I met a beautiful friend Wendy soon as I came through the door she greeted me she is an angel sent to Top Notch from God. I suffer from deep depression she listened to me and comforted me when I need it that so much. Sure is nice to have a good friend like Wendy every time I come to wash I love it here already, can't wait to get my new t-shirt top-notch rocks thanks to Wendy love you girl thanks for listening and being a good friend to the people that wash here feel like I came to be blessed and get some clean clothes at the same time with some hot chocolate love love love it! I regret to share my disappointing experience at top notch. The facility is plagued by a persistent cockroach infestation, despite previous reports to the staff, who, unfortunately, appear indifferent to the issue. The pervasive, unpleasant odor upon entering, reminiscent of a sewage problem, further detracts from the overall customer experience. Adding to the discomfort, the owner's unprofessionalism is notable. Instances of unwarranted yelling, especially concerning for those with children, contribute to an atmosphere that is far from welcoming. While I prefer not to leave negative reviews, I believe it's essential to warn other families. read more

Awesome hospitality I've never felt so good to be in a laundry mat and it's open 24hrs this place is up to today's technology when it comes to laundry's mats I brought in 5 loads of a months supply of laundry on a Saturday at 11pm praying something would be open and as soon as I pull up I notice you have to fill out an application to access the 24hrs and we were way to late to enter without a application 8pm is the cutoff time and the guy standing out front happens to be the owner of the place and I've never felt so welcome overall I'm really impressed with this place lots of amenities. read more

I've have been using the laundry service "Wash and Fold" at this location for the past few months. I really appreciate the people that work here, they are all very friendly and courteous. I thought maybe it was just the one employee that I was running into each time I came, Wendy, but the more that I frequent this establishment, the more employees I've talked to, and it's honestly a delight to interact with them. Top Notch Laundry at 11pm Tuesday night. I was going to leave a complaint review after I tried contacting the owner and not getting any response. As I'm getting ready to leave he pulls up to me and signs me up on the spot (and trip on this, free membership!) and I'm doing much needed laundry before my interview tomorrow! I have to say he's friendly, helpful, and actually cares about customer service. It's a sad day when good customer service is the exception and not the norm. I want to say that Chad (the owner) really has made each experience very easy and super convenient. If you take a moment to go down there during normal business hours fill out the application and get approved to use the 24 hour part of the laundry services not only does this work with no kinda hassle but its most convenient with any schedule. Wendy is amazing. My first visit here was in February, she helped me work the commercial washing machines and even when I lost quarters to the machines she kindly helped me out. She is very attentive and serves me complimentary coffee while I wash. I come here weekly now and I'm in and out within an hour and a half. Thank you for making a boring chore bearable! read more

It was my first time going there today. I looked a little confused and instantly Wendy came up to me, introduced herself and gave me the layout of how everything was.
