I thought I would be writing a 5 star review because the sales process was so smooth and quick. However, before we even got the car home, warning lights were turning on. The car wouldn't start the next time we tried to move it. We had it towed to a shop, and the problems with this car to just get it to drive will be more than the purchase price. I'll update this review if Top Notch Luxury Motors will make this right. Otherwise, I'll be calling a lawyer. I have been calling every day, asking for the manager, Tony, who they told me is the person I need to talk to about this piece of junk Hummer that will cost $8K to make drivable. He has never called back. I'm always told that either he is not in yet, or just left. So unprofessional to not even speak to a customer. Update: Four months later and we still don't have the title. BY LAW the dealership must process for Gwinnett County. They seriously want us to pay them more money to get our title. We need to figure out where to report them. What a scammers and liars. I brought a car on July 22/22 six months later after going there several times and every time I went there it was a different lie. They DID Not gave my title yet . They gave me my first temporary tag that doesn't Mach with the car vin number, I went there to ask about my hard tag they couldn't provide me after 30 days so they gave me another temporary tag,guess what?it doesn't Mach the vin number again. SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. I purchased a 2014 Nissan Maxima in November and paid cash and it took them until May to send title paperwork to DMV. They are very unprofessional. They NEVER answer the phone when you call them. I've left numerous messages to the Manager TJ and he has not returned any of my calls. The car he sold me turns out to be a LEMON. They never had the emissions done prior to selling car to me and now I know why. The car will not pass emissions, it need a transmission after less than 100 miles. I wish I had read these reviews before starting a business with these people. I can attest that these reviews speak nothing but the truth. These people are money hungry and very unprofessional. 1 star is even a stretch, they do not deserve any stars. I bought a so-called "new" 2016 Nissan versa from the luxury motors in Covington, Georgia. After I paid my HARD EARNED money to these people and drove out of the lot, it wasn't even up to 2 minutes before the car started acting funny. We managed to drive back to the place after we had been stranded on the road for 10 minutes. We told them that the car was not working. To sum it up, they said, "It's time for you to take care of your baby; you paid for it; take care of it." How could a group of people be so cruel? I forgot the name of the person who sold me the car, I think his name was David. His group of sellers did not have a CARE in the world about my problem. I found out that the "new car" had a cat converter issue, induction problem, and brake problem; I changed 3 of these "new" tires, and there was a tire sensor issue that caused my car to jerk to different sides of the roads and more. With all of this being said, I still HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY TITLE. It has been almost three months. I guarantee that it does not take three months to produce a title. My extension has expired, so I am left with a $6,500 bill at the Nissan dealership to fix my "new" car and no title. If the owners are reading this, I want you to know that God will make his rounds. File a complaint with the Secretary Of State(844-753-7825) about your negative car buying experience at Top Notch Luxury Motors. I brought the car, paid $7,000 and in less than sixty days the engine went out. Now I have to spend another $3,000 to $5,000 to place the engine. I was told by PK the salesman that the engine and transmission were good. They lie about everything from titles to getting your tag and an extension, to the car having a bond hold on it. If you only write about how you got ripped off, and don't file a complaint with the State of Georgia, they will continue to victimize others. I bought a car.. Paid in full!!! Was told if i pay a extra 200$ it would process my tag.. Well it didnt.. That 200$ was just for a temporary tag which legally they was suppose to give me anyways!! They didn't even have the title there. So i had to wait for it. It took over 30 days for me to get the title. Now i owe a extra 50-60$ late fee when i go get my tag and title processed..due to them takin so long to get the title!! read more

They are good to buy a car from but when it come down to trying to get your tag and register the car they do not send it the paperwork to the tag place. I have had my car now for three months and I can not get my tag because it is in the system as pending on they end. read more

i bought a truck from top notch on convington highway in atlanta,ga and the owner looked me i'm my face and said oh don't worry i got you then after he got my $6,000 i got it diagnosed and it was over $4,000 worth of issues now he already got my money then he fixed 3 things made me pay for some stuff off tops then find out not even 3 weeks later it wasn't even fixed correctly says he's not fixing nothing it's my problem and i have never even been able to just jump in and take off with no problem now to only be talked crazy to and hung up on and i don't even have the title in my possession yet ok smmfh !!!!!!!! read more
