Central Auto sales took the time to to get to know me and even though my credit was not the best they had a real conversation with me. They took the time to understand that we all have gone through hardships and should be given a chance. They take a chance on you and throughout these three years they worked with our family and now we will be life long customers. They made it easy to pay off our truck and we will definitely be getting all of our vehicles from our new found family! Thanks Steve, Miss Margaret, Keith and the entire central auto sales family.

The moment you walk in, you'll be greeted with kind professional attitudes that make the sometimes overwhelming task of buying a car a lot more bearable. The lot is stocked with car fax certified vehicles at such a reasonable price. The knowledgeable sales staff goes the extra mile to get first time or credit challenged buyers approved in just a few simple steps. Unlike other used car dealerships, they offer a limited warranty that can be a lifesaver if you experience a major issue in the early stages of ownership. The peace of mind that provides is invaluable. I have had such an amazing and satisfying experience that I don't hesitate to refer any and everyone to Central Auto. You won't regret it!

When we started going over the paperwork and stuff, one of the guys that said that he had ordered a fan for that car and it wouldn't be in until Tuesday. Nick, who had taken my money said that if I could give him three hours, he would have the fan fixed on that car and it would be condition and he would even sign a letter stating if anything went wrong with the fan within three months he would fix it so I gave the owner chance I left for three hours after my car was paid for and they called me to come back and get it. I finished all the paperwork I got all my stuff drove off in. It got 3 miles up the road and the radiator exploded car overheated. I turned it around to get straight back to the dealership. Nick, the one that took the money was obviously gone, but the two young guys that were selling the cars were still there. They automatically just refunded my money and that was it.. They didn't say anything else. I feel that that was very unprofessional. There's also another couple there that was highly upset with them over some reason with their car I could tell there was an animosity between the two people there with their car messing up and the owner. Even though the sales guy, the car plug plugged me into the wrong outlet. He was very nice but his merchandise what is Nice is his professional attitude. I do not recommend this dealership because they do not have their cars fixed and ready to go perfectly or they say they do an inspection then they should know that the radiator is gonna blow up if they do an inspection. Don't waste your time.

As a 22 year old hard working father who just wants to do what's right in the world, being taking advantage of by our elders. I would never recommend purchasing a vehicle from here, probably have better chances purchasing one from hell. I recently purchased a 2015 VW Passat "June 13th, 2022" with the engine light already on, Chris "the owner of the company" kept making promising about fixing the car and wasted 2 of my personal days off - two weeks in a row about getting the car fixed. Always was an issue with the "mechanic" not being there when "Chris" the owner kept telling me to come up there to get the car fixed. Didn't have any remorse for selling me the bad car, I just wanted a refund so I could move past this situation. Just a friendly reminder don't ever shop somewhere where they falsify any information about anything. They're liars and greed fills that hole in they're hearts. He says I have buyers remorse but who wants to keep getting the run around about fixing the issues with car. You sell bad cars and do bad business - of course nobody is going to want a bad car they are spending their hard earn money for. The car is not worth it. But I wish the best for both of the crooked scam artist "Big Chris" the owner and "Little Chris" his protégé. How would you feel if someone took advantage of your kids and they had to figure this situation out by themselves. God guide me and I will never regret any decisions I make. Good always prevail.

I called before coming to ensure a deal could be done so close to the close of business. He assured me it could be. But after I completed the application, on an early Saturday evening, he informed me that he would call me Monday to work out a deal. I wouldn't have come had I been told that when I called. Complete waste of time. When asked about visible rust in the interior of a 2014 Ford Edge Limited on his car lot, they said they had no idea. When asked if the car was salvaged, he said no, it was not. When asked if the car had been in flood, he again said he did not know. But with a little research I learned they he punched the car from the Copart car auction. Copart specialized in salvaged vehicles. Thus, he flat out lied. I'm grateful this transaction didn't happen!

So much so that I only book appointments if my preferred advisor (Saeid) has appointments. Out of the advisors that I've worked with (and unfortunately there have been several since my purchased-new-from-this-location BMW X5 has had constant issues each and every month since purchase), he seems to be the only competent and professional one. Takes his time explaining what is going on with the car, has no problem telling you when an additional repair recommended from the mechanics are simply up-sells and unnecessary. But woe unto you if you get stuck with one of the dud advisors. It's like night and day. Case and point Cindy, never seen a lazier service advisor in my life. She can't even be bothered to get you from the waiting area, she will call you on the phone from her office 20 feet away and tell you to come find her. Then you get to sit near in front of her while she hacks her smokers cough while punch typing on the keyboard. Or take Elias who spends your entire appointment flirting with female staff in his office, and does work on your car that you've never authorized (I kid you not, I came in for a tire replacement and 3 hours later find out that Elias decided to have the mechanic do an oil change, change the air filters, etc. and he was absolutely befuddled why I wouldn't thank him for having extra work done). At least Desmond isn't there extending your time doing unauthorized repairs - in fact, he's just there existing doing nothing but sitting like a bump on a log. But rest assured, each of them will beg you to fill out the survey afterwards like it's life and death. And whatever you do, don't put any contact information on the sales website if you're even remotely interested in purchasing a new vehicle. I swear the sales staff all had previous lives as call center telemarketers or bill collectors for Sallie Mae; they are going to harass you so bad you'll want to change your number, email, address...and don't ever make the mistake of going to look for a new vehicle in person there, they've actually strategically stood between me and the door to force me to talk to them before leaving. You'd think if they were that desperate for a sale then the prices would reflect that.

I found a vehicle on their website that I was interested in. On that note, their website was awesome. There were multiple pictures on the website and all the information I needed on the vehicle. Along with clear pricing for that specific vehicle. Super easy to navigate. I responded on the internet expressing my interest late one night. The next morning bright and early I had a response giving me information and asking if and when I would like to come test drive the vehicle. After a few email exchanges I asked about a drive out price and was given that before I ever got there. I went over with my husband to check out the vehicle. The sales manager, Jason Brown, came out to greet us and let us know he was there to help. Our sales advisor was Kernell Hunt and he is a rockstar. He's very calm and listens to you. He asked if we wanted to do the test drive alone or have him join us. We opted to go alone. Then came the monkey wrench. I went over to test drive a demo car with an amazing price on it. While walking around the lot I saw a car that I said would be the car I would really love. The price difference was hefty because it was a car with an executive and m sport package on it. My husband encouraged me to test drive it. To make a long story short, that is the car I ended up buying. But I couldn't decide that day which car I wanted to buy. Kernell said he understood. There was zero pressure. He told me when he would be at the dealership and just told me to let him know my decision. Super chill. But very helpful. I ended up buying the more expensive car that was not a demo. In spite of that they gave me an aggressive price on the car. The amount they offered me for my trade in was very fair. A few days after my purchase I went over to get some tips and guidance on my new car. The technology has changed great from my 2016 BMW that I traded in. Kernell spent time going over features with me. He did a great job. Then Bryan Albrecht, the BMW Genius came out and spent time with me making sure I knew all of the cool things the car could do. I would have spent hours watching videos to learn what he taught me in 30 minutes. I loved that he spent time just showing me things my car would do that I don't know if I would ever have figured out. Bryan was amazing and so patient as he showed me things. I would highly spending time with him if he is available. You will benefit from it greatly. It was a great experience. And as someone that recently helped my mother buy a car, that isn't always the case. Great job Nalley BWM. I will be back.
