No explanations were given, false promises were made, and nothing came to the light until after the fact. READ YOUR CONTRACT THOROUGHLY. MAKE SURE ALL AGREEMENTS MADE ARE IN BLACK AND WHITE WITH A SIGNATURE. ASK QUESTIONS. When dealing with these people, it's almost best you bring a lawyer or don't deal with them at all. They charged me for repairs they claimed were completed and told me the issue was resolved. However, the problem not only continued, it became significantly worse, causing me to spend much more money afterward. I then took my vehicle to another dealership. After inspection, they provided photos and documentation showing that only one ignition coil was replaced, even though Buddy Chevrolet charged me for three coil replacements. The service they billed for was not fully performed. I repeatedly called and emailed Buddy Chevrolet to resolve this matter. Instead of addressing the issue, they hung up the phone on me and ignored my communications. I now have written evidence and photographs from another dealership, and I will be taking this matter to court. I am sharing this to warn others: be extremely careful when dealing with Buddy Chevrolet.

After waiting 2 weeks, the part still didn't come in, and I was told that I would receive a call once it does. No one ever called me and it took them 3 weeks to repair with no rental car or vehicle to ride in while my vehicle was being repaired. Each day I had to take an Uber or Lyft to work which cost me more money. I went to check on my vehicle, and I was told that someone had lost my keys. It took another week for them to find them. I also had a recall on my vehicle of which they didn't fix. My breaks are still locking up when I drive it. I was definitely sold a lemon.
