I always try and repair or replace things with the original components installed at the factory, unless I find a better solution or if the components installed by the OEM continues to fail - I definitely don't want a hodgepodge of parts installed across like storage compartments in my RV so I usually spend as much time that's required looking for the correct part and that's the case here. These sturdy and durable ABS RV drawer latches and catches are built for the RV industry, although they are lightweight they do perform well and may not last forever but they are reasonably priced and easy to change out when they do reach the end of their life or abused by the heavy handed domestic operator. While our vehicle was being repaired we needed a place to park our small camper trailer and sleep. There was a gravel lot between the dealership and Tom Balding Bits and Spurs that the tow truck driver dropped our trailer in. I'm not sure who owned the lot (Sheridan Motors I believe) but we were backed up right to the side of Balding's building. The people there could not have been more welcoming. They were extremely friendly and treated us as if we belonged there. We asked if they had a 120v outlet outside so we could maintain our batteries and Kelly the proprietor immediately volunteered an outlet on their back patio. As stated above we were there for 3 days and nights, plugged in the whole time. Not once in this time were we made to feel as if we were anything but welcome. When our car was finished and we were ready to head out I went inside the store to offer some payment for the hospitality and electricity used. Kelly wouldn't have it. She not only wouldn't accept any money but seemed almost sorry we were leaving. I don't think we could have found nicer people than the ones we met at Tom Balding Bits and Spurs. As I said before, we don't really have a need for their products but I did look around the store and the craftsmanship is spectacular. I was greeted quickly and pleasantly by a man who directed me a computer. Then the lady at the counter finished up with my printing and notarized a form. What a wonderful, pleasant experience. She couldn't have been any more pleasant and helpful. As a business owner of 30 years, now retired, she is an employer's dream....she may even be the owner, I don't know. I can say I would tell anyone not to hesitate using the Business Center. My little $3.00 job was met with the same courtesy and caring as a $1,000 job.

Their promised delivery date was 1/18 and my drapes actually arrived 1/16, 2 days early! I will NEVER buy anything from FLAKY FY FIBER HOUSE! Yes, they have books that are currently on the best seller list, books for kids and young adults, in addition to miscellaneous things like toys, but it's the extraordinary attention they give to Wyoming things that makes this a unique bookstore. I found several Wyoming travel books I've not seen elsewhere and many historical non-fiction books by and about Native Americans that are also not typically found in other, main-stream bookstores. It's not a large shop by any means, but it is fascinating. Sheridan Stationary Books & Gallery is now on my must-visit-again places.

I was in Sheridan for business from Arlington,TX and while I've been In Wyoming the heel of my Ostrich boots became dislodged. I was walking through downtown to eat lunch and smelt leather so walked into to Brian's. I believed his Son first approached me and I discussed the dilemma regarding my boots and most importantly my timeline (hence I need to travel to Portland the next day). Luckily all that needed to be replaced was the heel so I ran to my Hotel to grab my boots and arrived back to Brian's which seemed they were expecting me. The Hospitality and Service was Second to none. I was worried because you do not want to Rush Quality but Brian stayed after to make sure I was given my Boots no matter what and put a special shine to them.
