Reached out to the representative who had been responsive via text before arriving, then never replied after departing. Called Rare Bears a couple weeks later to inquire on the quote and was told they'd get on it. After a few more weeks, never heard back. If a company decides to pass on a job, I'm fine with that (if that's what happened in this case). But if a company ghosts you after multiple chances, they're dead to me. Looks like a good company if they decide you're worthy.

The crew arrived on time, we didn't have to baby sit them. They finished the job cleanly and went away. Second time, we had to call them to repair a metal fence damaged by a fallen tree. This time, they just asked for pictures, they gave me a range over email and scheduled their crew. The crew had all the material and they finished super fast. They could have asked us any money and we would have paid because we had open house that weekend. Instead, they focused on solving the problem and got out as fast as they can so avoid any negative impression on realtors showing the house.
