Beyond the operational incompetence, the personal conduct of leadership is equally appalling. This executive carried on an affair with a fellow C-level associate -- not exactly the moral compass you want guiding a business. It's an embarrassment to the employees who work hard and to any client who values integrity. Add to that the shady practices I've personally observed: lack of transparency, questionable business dealings, and a culture where accountability simply doesn't exist. If you're considering working with or for this company, proceed with caution -- or better yet, don't. There are far better options where leadership is earned, not inherited, and where personal ethics aren't in the gutter.
