The customer service here was exemplary. He called the day before to make sure I had directions to the drop-off location, and even allowed me to bring the truck back later than scheduled (due to the lack-luster experience I had with Budget getting my truck to me 2.5 hours late.) The customer service at the Brownsburg drop-off location was wonderful. He listened courteously and helped me figure out how to report my unfortunate experience to the company.
