ATTENTION!: I used Top Shine Mobile detail service for the first time in January and the guy that washed my car damaged my wheels!! Attached are photos of my wheels. I was told that this company is like uber, meaning that the person coming to wash your car own their own supplies. The guy that washed my car used his own stuff. My tires use to be shiny and now they are dull and mated. Completely ruined the wheels by removing the gloss !! I emailed the manager/owner Welly and I never got a response back. I even sent pictures of the damage. I can't believe that they don't own up to the damage. I will never use this company again. I DO NOT recommend it to anyone. Twice I've had appointments which I loved that I could make on square up. Both times they have canceled AFTER the appointment time with a lousy excuse. Once they did show up (after I rescheduled) and the guy did a good job unfortunately as I wanted to continue with them. Unreliable company. read more

This is the first time I used Top Shine and would not hesitate to use them again. I had the interior shampoo and detail on my 2006 Toyota Highlander. Desmond and his partner did an excellent job. Although we keep our car clean, the seats and carpets had not been cleaned in years. We had stains we thought would never come out but they did. The car looked fantastic once they were done. After a disappointing experience talking with another company, I was hesitant. My car had significant water damage due to a leaky convertible top and enough mold beginning to form for the smell to be obvious. The back seat was very dirty after years of driving with the top down and it was time to get it cleaned up. I also had expensive electronics under both seats so it was important to carefully keep any cleaning liquids away from them. My apartment complex did not allow this work, but Welly met me at another location with a helper, a generator, high pressure hose, upholstery scrubber and steam cleaner, plus various other cleaning supplies. I selected the option for deep interior cleaning with steam clean, but Welly also added a basic exterior wash at no additional charge. My expectations were low, but I was thrilled with the result. The fabric, carpeting and even the trunk were thoroughly cleaned and left only slightly damp so it dried quickly. The mold and it's odor were gone and a mild aroma was added. My old detail guy moved, and I was hesitant to have to find a new service, but saw the reviews and have Top Shine a try, and do glad I did! Blew away my old detailer, and he was great. Extremely unprofessional. Been a customer for almost two years. The washes have always been just ok btw. Damaged interior while cleaning and the owner Welly refused to take responsibility. Actually at first seemed like they would handle it and then stopped answering and ignoring my calls when I looked for a resolution. Gross misconduct in my opinion. read more

Unfortunately, I wish I had the same experience as the other reviews indicated. The employee only spot cleaned my carpets and seats in my SUV. The headlights cleaning usually require a low grade sandpaper to remove scratches then work up to a higher grade. Only a 2000 grade was used on my headlights which only smooths the headlights. I'm highly disappointed with the detailing I received by this company and will never use them again. I can detail my SUV far better. I just wanted to treat myself and have it done by a detailing company this time. read more

Zero ownership and accountability STAY AWAY! A careless employee damaged the lumbar mechanism in my drivers seat by putting the automatic seat back all the way when cleaning it and being completely oblivious that the back of the driver seat was jammed against the sun visor in the back seat. This is a firm harder folding sun visor. It's also a 2 door car with little space in the back. When I got in the car later the seat was protruding forward so far it looked crazy. Complete disregard.......When I called the owner Welly he seemed reasonable and we agreed I would go to the dealership to get an estimate and he would take care of it. About a week or 2 later I got him the estimate. However he did not respond to my text or emails which was a bad sign. I finally called him and he actually told me he hasn't decided if he was going to take responsibility because it was just an accident. Mind you this was cause by his employee. Then he tried to rush me off the phone and said and we would talk another time. At that point I knew he had no intention to take ownership and was just playing games. This is the worst type of business owner. He will take your money but as soon as there is an issue caused by his employees he won't take ownership. Bought a groupon for a full detail. Scheduled my appointment online as was instructed. Day before appointment, the owner rescheduled without consulting me. Received email notification of change only. When I called owner to say the new time would not work and he assured me that they would get there sooner. Not only did they not show up early, they showed up late! I tried to call to find out what was wrong, but was sent to voicemail. Beware of this business. Poor communication and does not value the customer's time. read more

I used Top Shine a week ago and they did a excellent job for a very affordable price. I had horrible build up from going through the construction zone on Griffin and the airport after it rained and my car looked really quite disgusting not to mention I have a five year old who is messy and really contributes to the interior being completely covered in snack foods and crumbs. Unprofessional and unorganized. They broke two appointments made way in advance. Did not seem to care to satisfy their customers.

Called on a Friday afternoon to request service the following morning... Booked with no problem. Ian showed up right on time and got to work right away. Not like guys who show up, smoke a cig, send a text etc. you know what I mean! Anyway, he was very professional and moved at a quick but attentive pace. I would avoid Top Shine at all costs. Paid for their $160 top of the line detail for my father's wheelchair van. Checked on it when they were done: wheels still dirty with brake dust; roof top not waxed and carpet cleaned so aggressively, patches of carpet are now missing. Reached out to them to say how disappointed I was (I'm a realist and there's only so much you can do on an older vehicle, but leaving parts unwashed and unwaxed is unforgivable) and they said they would be out the next day. My car was in desperate need of a cleaning, so I decided to look up a mobile car wash because I was almost too embarrassed to sit and wait somewhere. Boy, was I glad I did! I sent a few messages and Welly C. responded immediately and set up a same day appointment. He did a phenomenal job and was very reasonably priced. I hate having to find the time to go somewhere and have my car properly detailed. I have tried a couple of chain places and they are expensive and don't do a great job. I had my car shampooed and fully detailed and they did an excellent job. My husband also had his car done without the shampoo and it came out great. They were able to get those darn hard to reach areas where dirt collects and annoys me. I highly recommend. This is a great value and very convenient. read more
