The guy was able to take care of my car and give it a minor detailing which I did like. what I really hated with the passion is that right now in the middle of Florida the temperature is about 95°F for some reason I had to wait about 30 or 40 minutes extra outside before reminding the guy that my car is still at the car wash. The Summarize what I'm complaining about is the fact that my car was finished and ready to be picked up and I had to remind the guys about 40 minutes afterwards that it was done for me to pick it up... I hope next time you could possibly prioritize me... makes me wonder if tipping him in this case was the right thing to do... update: well, I just looked under the hood and found out that everything is completely dirty after I specifically asked the guy to be able to get under my hood... what did I pay $80 for just to wash the removable all weather floor mats? not too sure if I'll be coming back to this location in the future, but I'm deducting another star from my review just because of this. like look at the photos yourself and tell me that this is a clean car that just had a detailing? read more

Ever since I found this spot, it's been my go to for a car wash and detail. It's totally affordable and the value is excellent. I typically get the Manager's Package which I use to pay $25 + tip but looks like the price has gone up to $35 + tip. Not a big deal as it's still totally worth it to me. I have a minivan and kids so my car gets pretty dirty. It's the black carpets that kill me. Executive Wash & Detail usually does a great job! There have been a few times where it's not as clean as they usually get it the first few times I've been. And that's fine. But when you set those standards from the beginning, you're spoiled. My car was long overdue for a good vacuuming and detail so I decided to come out on a Sat morning, first thing when they opened at 8am. I checked out their website the night before and noticed they started taking appointments online. Nice! I reserved an appt for 8-9am time frame. I wanted to be in and out as I had a brunch in Plantation at 11am. Figured I would be done by then. They usually take 1-1.5 hours to clean my car and I always wait. Arrived promptly at 8am on this day. I was the 2nd car there. I went inside and had coffee and did work on my laptop. I kept glancing outside to see if my car was done and maybe they forgot to notify me. They usually text you when the car is done. The time was now 10:15am and I had to get out by 10:30am. Just for reference, a few times when I glanced outside, there were maybe 6-7 cars next to mine being worked on. When I came back outside, there were 2 cars left and mine was one of two. I asked the gentlemen how much longer it was going to be and he said another 10 minutes. Keep in mind, I dropped my car off at 8am and it was done 2.5 hours later at 10:30am. And I was the 2ND CAR there in the morning. How did 6-7 other cars finish before mine? And I had an appt for 8-9am??? I get that my car was a mess and definitely needed cleaning, I don't doubt that. But the fact that it took them 2.5 hours and I had an appt and I was the 2nd car to arrive that day, it was a bit confusing and frustrating to say the least. They did a fabulous job today! My windows were sparkling clean and spotless, the carpet was super clean after they vacuumed. Great job, Definitely happy but not cool if they finished other cars before mine and I had to wait that long and I barely made it on time to my brunch as I had my car cleaned so I could pick up other people for carpool. That was the main reason I had my car cleaned. That is all. read more

Brought my car here over the weekend and will not return. It was my first time here and was offered a first time special. I kindly declined it because I did not want my car to get waxed. I just wanted to wash it inside and out and seems like they got upset that I did not want to get it washed. They did a horrible job cleaning it. There was still crumbs and dirt on the side meaning they did not vacuum. My front windshield had sticky marks. My mirrors had yellow spots, again, showing signs of it not being washed. The outside had water spot runs. I got a text message 20 minutes after I dropped it off that it was ready to be picked up. I instantly knew oh this will not be good. And once I picked it up and saw it, I was not even surprised. This place is not worth the overcharge they charge you because they do a half ass job. read more

The absolute worse customer service experience ever. The attendant and owner were both extremely unprofessional, combative and disrespectful over their own credit card processing issues. Absolutely horrendous and you would think the owner would have more tact and professionalism over his staff he was just as bad if not worse. Things escalated to the point where the police had to be called as the shameless attendant took a cell phone from my party demanding payment when we clearly provided proof of payment which the police confirmed. I took my car in for a car wash and talked to the manager Juan in regards to how much it was. They upsold me on the wax with the car and gave me a good deal. I said yes and then talked to them about the top of my fender and they said their guy for that job wasn't there and to come on the weekend. I said ok. When I came back, I noticed that they buffed my car on the left corner when I never authorized them to and the paint on that part is faded even more and scratched more than it was before. These did something to ruin the paint and in the pics show afterwards how it looks. They did a horrible job all around. Contact the owner Sonny 954-982-6517 and he stated to bring it in. I will update the review once I get a final say of what they are going to do to fix this before I escalate somewhere else. read more

MULTIPLE SCRATCHES- they scratched my car in multiple places. The employees were extremely rude and could care a less. So I called the police to have a report written up. Then the employees would talk. They called the owner who said he has someone who he uses to buff out scratches which tells me this is a regular occurrence. I took my car to a body shop who I have used for many years for car damage and the scratches will not just easily buff out. It is getting repaired for $300. read more

Simply the best in Broward! I have the biggest smile on my face after seeing the hood and bumper of my car all buffed out. It's amazing what they can do these days. I'd recommend getting here when they open if you don't want a long wait. If you are in a hurry, don't come here. They pay attention to detail and get it done right. Overall it was a pretty bad experience. Other than the fact that the people were nice, it was pretty terrible. I brought the church's 15 passenger van in for a clean up. I specifically asked for an exterior wash, vacuum, windows in and out, tire dressing. When I picked up the car, I didn't expect it to be perfect, just acceptable. Unfortunately that was none of the sorts. I saw the vehicle and wiped my finger on the rim. Lots of dirt came off on my finger meaning they didn't even wipe down the wheel afterwards. I had to ask them to at least wipe that down again. I then looked at the inside and the vacuum was shoddy at best. I asked them to at least make it presentable. They just took an air compressor inside blowing the sand everywhere on the inside. I said forget it. I sat inside and looked at the windows. None of the inside windows were touched except the driver, front passenger, and inside windshield. The outside of the windshield was half done. How do I know? I could see the towel line where they cleaned and didn't clean. Overall twice I had to say something. I then took the van back to the church where I then had a suspicious feeling. If they didn't even clean the windows for $70, I doubt they even touched the roof. I then saw the roof, and of course, they didn't even touch the roof. Terrible and unacceptable... I get these people don't like their job, but don't make customers waste their money. Unfortunately we had to leave right away to go pick up missionaries who were heading to Brazil or else I would have gone back. I don't recommend this establishment at all... 11/27/2024Returning after two years. Same experience I had two years ago. I live three minutes from the car wash, so it's very convenient, however, the experiences are not always positive. I chose the $55.00 option. I was told that is the better option. In my opinion, the job was incomplete. Here are my reasons and I have pictures to prove. The rear window glass, the right and left review mirrors were not cleaned. The right side panel from the door backwards were still streaky with watermarks, left front rim still had dirt and grease marks between the spokes, the right front passenger rim has grease marks between the spokes also. My error was I did not look over the car before I paid and left because I was in a hurry to get back home. as I said before, I'm three minutes away from the car wash I did not pick up anything on the way home because it was a bright sunny day. My car was still dirty and full of dirt when I picked it up. The front of my car still had bugs on it. So sad to say that I was not happy with the services provided. I chose to have my van exterior and interior cleaned. While I was very pleased with the exterior, I was rather heartbroken that I wasted $40 (i left a 30 percent tip) on the service as I had to go home and actually clean it out myself. While the interior of the windows were done, there were all sorts of crumbs/lint/paper/small spills left behind in the cup holders and on the seats. It was obvious that all they did was a light vacuum on the floors only and completely over looked the seats. I feel like it was a job half-done. Pulled up on Sun afternoon. This place was poppin'! There were a line of cars waiting to get to the vacuum station before hitting the machine wash. After speaking with who seemed to be the initial point of contact, I left the keys in the car and decided to sit out under the tailgating tent they had set up. There I discovered that they offer free wifi as you wait. Wasn't expecting that. From there, I was able to watch how attentive to detail they were in the interior cleaning process. I watched them vacuum and use compressed air to loosen any dirt of the carpets. Notably, the compressed air was also used to get junk out of the crevices where doors meet the body of the car. Wow! After the vacuuming, cars go through the machine to get lathered up. Then the detailer jumps in to get to work. I watched them pull the car our of the wet area for drying and finishing. Again, they were very meticulous. My detailer took the time to wipe down all the crevices that normally get no attention. Honestly, I don't even attend to them when I do my own car and somehow I manage to spend a ton of time doing it on my own. Exterior windows and tire shine are standard. I paid a little extra for bug removal as my front bumper was had caked on lovebug remains from two weekend roundtrips to Orlando. The service is well worth the $15 and would definitely bring my car back. My only complaint is that they did tell me I'd be out in half an hour. I definitely spent a little more than an hour there from the time I got out of my car to when I got it back. In their defense, they were swamped with cars. The volume of business is a testament to how trusted their service is. read more

Paid for a Vice-President package and got the Mail Room guy wash. Literally looked as though the ran it through the automatic wash and let it sit. Had to borrow a wet rag to wipe the dirt off the back trunk/license plate area an along the side running boards. Interior job must have been part of the Janitor package, because the vacuum nozzle barely touched the floor mats. Brought my truck here because my cloth seats were clearly pretty dirty. I paid $50 for them to shampoo my seats and $10 for them to wipe down the trim pieces such as cup holders, door panels, dashboard, etc. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed. Not only did it take over an hour and a half, but when I arrived It seemed like they didn't do anything. I asked if they shampooed my seats and they claim they did but it seems like they only vacuumed them. Also the trim pieces had not been cleaned or wiped down at all. I recommend either spending your money elsewhere or simply doing it yourself.
