Been here numerous times. Bottom line is wash does not get car clean. Sloppy prewash effort. I voiced my concern today that my rear SUV window not cleaned, bugs etc not coming off. Kid at kiosk gives platitudes walks away disinterested. Noticed basic wash up $2 now $9.99. Same result today. Bugs, residue even wheel wells not clean. I have used upgraded wash options. Go by Monday through Thursday and you can get a deal on the second tier cleaning. It's $8.99. Does the drive through cleaner detail clean? Not really, but gets the job done! They help you with the purchase and then they rinse off extra dirt before you enter the car wash. The area where you put in the leg work is the vacuum area. I drove up to this Carwash in a truck and was told I had to clean the bed out before entering the wash. In the bed of my truck was one brown paper bag and three old black t shirts, that's it. This is my go to spot for a car wash AND self vacuum service! I like how each station has two different vacuums, enough to get into the nooks and crannies. Also there's a trash can in each spot so you don't have to walk far to toss old receipts and random garbage. And by the bathrooms, there's a mat cleaning station. That's really handy! I can never trust a gas station bathroom, but here, it's always clean and the small building is air conditioned so while one parent is cleaning the vehicle, the other parent can watch over the kids in that space where there is seating and AC. On 01/22/21 for the first and last time we washed our SUV on this not "state of art" car wash and the machine damaged the front grill of out car. Eco Wash Usa filled a report at the moment and mentioned they will call us once their insurance approved the repair. After wait patiently and call a few times the place, today, 02/17/21, almost a month later we received an email saying they will not pay for the repair and probably my card already had the damage. Great spot! Relatively new car wash still run like the grand opening day!! Service is way helpful for a car wash place. They have someone to help you select your wash plan AND attendants that spray & scrub the car before it enters the machine. The machinery is new, so it works great. But aside from that, the place is well kept & well managed. Entering & exiting is a little topsy turvy, but I actually prefer it. There's another car wash near on Miramar Pkwy where the car exists directly into the entrance. It's a little worrying. Not here! No chance of accidentally bumping someone! It's looks winding, but it's the perfect design to prevent heavy footed drivers from zooming out of the wash! The vacuum area is also really well designed with enough space for all the spots to be occupied, & still allow you to keep your doors open. The vacuums are high powered, plus they have air pump nozzles that you can use to puff out any nooks and crannies that the vacuum can't reach. The prices are comparable to lesser washes, but the facility & location are top notch. read more

I signed up for a monthly carwash subscription in the month of March and washed my new vehicle every week at this location. I had just purchased the vehicle in the month of February and I always park it far away from everywhere to avoid dents and scratches. I have only used the carwash services a handful of times since I signed up for it but each time I noticed scuff marks, small paint chipping and black smears in the paint. My vehicle is Majectic White Pearl so these issues were only noticeable up close because carwash doesn't do a good job drying the vehicle you will be up close each and every visit. The final moment which caused me to cancel the entire membership happened April 9,2021 where I entered the carwash and came out to a nice set of scratches by the Left Hand muffler area on the rear valence which is painted light gray. I expressed my concerned to the attendant and showed the attendant each issue that had occurred at the location. I didn't make a big deal about the dent, chip marks or smears as they are things that can be touched up and compounded out but the scratches I did. I filed a incident report the same day of my visit and on April 10,2021 I received a statement from management via email that they will not be covering the damages as the camera angles did not capture the damaged area and that other vehicles had not reported the same damage area prior or post my use of the carwash system. If you value your vehicle I highly recommend you seek a different location to wash it. This carwash uses a very aggressive brush system that at times folds in your mirrors in the opposite direction if your not paying attention. It also does not fully dry any vehicles that go into it and sometimes leaves them with soap. The company itself will not cover any damages caused by their system as you can tell by my story. I understand things can happen in parking lots but when your very detail and attentive to your car like I am it's highly unlikely. read more

(2018 Bmw 340i) Paid for the manager special and got bug clean. Still have grease from the dead bugs on my Mirror caps and front bumper. Also, when looking over my car, it seems like the whole car has grease/film all over it. Like as if it didn't dry properly. Coughed up $36 in total. First time taking this car through a car wash. I would've washed it myself but I have damaged ligaments on my ankle a few weeks back and Im not mobile enough to wash my own car yet. While we were visiting the area last month, we stopped by based on good reviews, and purchased the manager special, along with a full service vacuum and cleaning. Price was around $47, plus the tip we gave the guy. The exterior clean wasn't awesome, but we were more concerned with the interior cleaning. We didn't notice it at first, but the guy that cleaned the inside of the car must have used a dirty cloth because later that day that there was a film and sandy grit all over the dash, along the door panels and in the cupholder area. To make things worse, he burned the plastic on the gauge cluster with some sort of chemical. We contacted the manager, but he wouldn't do anything unless we brought the car back. We don't live in the area and needed to return the car to dealership soon. We had to pay two separate services almost $200 to try and clean these things, to which it only got worse. This car was a lease and we ended up having to return it with damage. DO NOT pay for the interior full service. If I'd known it was going to be this kind of nightmare, we would've cleaned it ourselves. We're out $250 for cleaning, plus damage fees at the dealership over one bad choice. read more

The pressure washing in the machine is great, but the material they use it's plastic so if your car is dark color like black you'll immediately see and feel the the scratches on the car. Upon brining it to the staff they said the material is soft. They do not take liability for it. read more

I just experienced the worst customer service ever! The owner who when talking to his customers is very very demeaning and insulting. Having the worst attitude. When asked why the fresh bird droppings on the hood didn't come off with the basic carwash, which is in no way cheap. After the carwash I noticed that the bird droppings on the hood were still there. When I asked the attendant he said sir why don't you bring the car around and we will pressure clean and run it through again. When I came around the owner of the place some Indian guy comes out refusing to send the car through unless I pay the full price of the wash. So I asked why do you even have the basic carwash when it doesn't clean the car. On that his reply was, and I quote " it's for cheap people like you and that's rinse and go. At that time I asked for an upgrade so they can scrub a pressure hose the car. At that point I was asked to pay $7.99 more in order for them to run the car through the wash again. I normally go to this car wash all the time and wash my car and vacuum my car. Today the owner was there and he had a terrible attitude and was the number one reason I did not wash my car at all today. I go to this place for quick vacuums and car washes. Today I went to vacuum my car like I always do and I went early so I could beat the rush and the second I park my car the manager ,just arriving it seemed , comes and gives me the dirtiest look and quickly starts putting cones blocking the vacuum stations . At this point mind you im already parked and about to grab a vacuum and he tells me I can't vacuum my car with the biggest attitude ever. He's also on the phone with his dress shirt , dress pants and lap top giving me attitude while on the phone . I always was my car here and sometimes I vacuum it after a wash and sometimes I do it on separate days and Iv never had an issue till today . after seeing the owner and how little he cared about his customers .... I will not go back. He is also very rude to his staff , i get your the boss but treat your employees with respect . The washing machine make a major damage to my car folding mirror, I went to the dealer and they told me it has to be replaced. Such a bad experience not going to this carwash never again. The manager said to me that they don't respond for that. Really frustrating conversation, he said that maybe was a factory issue because my car was new. I Didn't even ask to look at the cameras. With that answer from the manager I imagine that nothing was going to happen, sad and extremely bad experience. This was my second time at My eco car wash and compared to all the car washes in Pembroke Pines, They have a lot more to offer such as a rug beater that gets dirt off your rug, and a washer and dryer machine for your mats. They even had an air compressor to get the dust off your dashboard And a mat holder while you vacuum your mats instead of trying find a spot to hold your mat while trying to vacuum it at the same time, they even offer cloths for your car to dry it off. Today was the first day I got my car detailed by Taylor she did an amazing job, my windows were spotless The rugs looked amazing, it was as if I had a brand new car. The owners of this place are scum. I took my car there for a wash right after they first opened. The car wash ripped off part of my car while inside. I'm not a hot head so I calmly told an employee and he got the owner. I treated him with respect and he said it was not a problem, they would take care of it. He had me fill out an incident report and told me not to worry, take it to the dealership to get a quote for the repairs and they will pay for it, no problem. He shook my hand and gave me his word. Meer hours later they started trying to get out of paying me by e-mailing me saying my car probably has a recall and that's why it was damaged. I checked the VIN and showed them there were no recalls. The next day I got a quote from the dealer and sent it to them. They responded telling me now they weren't going to pay because it costs more than they expected. They admitted to agreeing they would pay for repairs but now they regret saying that. Then they said they are not responsible but would pay for some cheap used part and I can pay to have it installed myself as a courtesy. They also had the audacity to tell me that Hyundai recommends to only hand wash their cars so I shouldn't have used the car wash. Unbelievable. After that they said I should just glue the part back on. I went back and forth with them reminding them that payment was offered by them and we had a binding agreement. I pointed out that not only is it incredibly immoral to give your word to pay for damage you caused a customer and then refuse but also a terrible business decision to screw over a customer right as you open your business. They didn't care. Their word means nothing and they don't care about their customers. Then all of the sudden they said they wound submit the claim to their insurance company. Why would they argue with me about paying for the damage they caused if they're going to have their insurance cover it? Of course, this was all part of their effort to screw me as they told the insurance company that they were not responsible so the insurance company just denies the claim. Keep in mind, there is video evidence of my car being damaged in their car wash. When I asked them about the insurance denial they wouldn't respond to me. I had to involve an attorney as the liability is obvious and they admitted to the agreement in writing. Finally, I got the money to fix my car almost 2 months later. I had to drive around all this time with tape holding my car together because I needed to preserve the evidence. This car wash damages cars and the owners lie to try to avoid any responsibility. I've heard from other with similar complaints in the short time they're been open. Avoid this place like the plague! UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO OWNERS COMMENT Apparently they are doubling down on their lies. They claim I was unwilling to compromise. It appears they interpret "compromise" to mean refusal to pay legally obligated repairs, offer a cheap solution and then ultimately do nothing. They claim at every instance I harassed and intimated them. This is completely untrue and I have the correspondence to prove it. They claim I should be grateful they paid me. Actually, they didn't pay me, their insurance did. I am grateful but certainly not to them. I am grateful that the laws of the USA require scammers like them to pay those they damage and have legally binding agreements with. read more

The vacuums are crazy strong and the air gun is the best for getting all the "stuff" that falls in the cracks next to the seats.
