Here's why. ~ Our refrigerator didn't seem to function properly, so we went online for a recommended refrigerator repair person. ~ Chris was highly recommended by several respondents -- with no negative comments. ~ So, we called Chris on Saturday, expecting only to leave a message for him to come to our home on Monday. ~ SIGNIFICANTLY, Instead, despite it being the weekend, Chris answered the phone right away. He offered to come to our home on Sunday, the next day! ~ Upon arriving at our home and assessing our refrigerator, he said he could repair it, but, before doing any repair work, HE RECOMMENDED THAT WE BUY A NEW REFRIGERATOR. ~ Why?
