I recently brought my vehicle in for state safety inspection and I was notified by the technician…read morethat my front two windows had tint that would not pass inspection. He then offered me their tint removal service which I accepted at $10 a window. After picking up my vehicle there was still adhesive all over both front windows because they said they did not have time to make it perfect. I accepted the vehicle back because I knew the tint place would clean it before reinstalling legal MD compliant tint. After registering the vehicle I brought it to the tint shop and once they removed the adhesive from the passenger side, there was visible scratches from forward to aft in a scraping motion. I asked to see the tint shop surveillance cameras to see if the had used razor blades or scrapers on my window, and after 20 minutes of review, they did not. My window was damaged during the tint removal. The scratches are extremely visible once they laid the tint over it, giving it a black background. I called the owner of California Complete Car Care and he was very rude insinuating I had scratched my own window and would not even have a civilized conversation about what had taken place. I brought a $50,000 vehicle to them with no issues, they offered me a service to remove the tint, and they damaged my vehicle during their service. They should stand by the work they did, I know it wasn't on purpose, but they need to make it right and it seems that the owner won't be a stand-up business owner. Its not right that I have to accept their fault during poor maintenance. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I particularly like how their tint is laser cut to the exact dimensions they get from their computer program for your exact VIN Make/model of car. No razor blades touch your car! The customer service is better than I've had in quite sometime. Lisa answered all my questions and was quite accommodating with my schedule. The service tec Rod does the little things that are just not found anymore. When replacing the center cap he points them to the tire valve stem. May not sound like much but on a cold night and you need air in your tire knowing exactly where the stem is will save you time. All in all a great experience and I highly recommend them, so much so that I drove 36 miles which translates to an hour each way. Should I need another wheel repaired they will be my first stop.

I brought my truck in for two items: repairing a dent and buffing scratches out of the hood. This was discussed during the estimate process. After I dropped the truck off, the owner informed me that removing the scratches would now cost an additional $125, stating he normally charges $190 for that service, like he's trying to work something out for his incompetentcy. When I questioned why the work that had already been discussed was no longer included, the explanation was that the estimator "made a mistake." Unfortunately, that mistake was then presented as an additional cost I was expected to cover. Instead of agreeing to the added charge, I declined and handled the scratches myself. I purchased a bottle of Turtle Wax Scratch & Repair Compound for $15, used two microfiber towels, and the scratches were completely gone in under five minutes by hand. No wet sanding was required, even though I had been told that would be necessary. The hood now looks like new, and by doing it myself I saved $110 compared to the additional charge they wanted. My advice to anyone considering this shop is simple: make sure every detail of the work is clearly written and confirmed before leaving your vehicle, because what was discussed during the estimate may not always match what you're told later.
