One Star I don't usually write negative reviews, but this car wash is seriously overpriced for what you get. You're paying $30+ just for a basic wash that barely covers the essentials. They vacuum the inside, but there's no dash wipe-down unless you pay extra. The exterior gets a quick dry, and they almost always miss spots. Any kind of shine or plastic dressing? That's extra too after already paying over $30. If you politely point out missed spots, you're met with a stink eye instead of customer service. With a new car wash in town offering better value and service, it's only a matter of time before this place loses customers. [The list of what was included was: vacuum interior, under carriage, sealer wax, clean inside windows, gently wash dry interior, door jams, triple foam polish, chemical bug remover, rim cleaner, tire shine, RainX.] My car did not receive a thorough clean. 20 minutes. $32. There was still grime in the creases on the exterior - the back hatch door jam wasn't touched. Was not vacuumed in any creases inside. I ran my car through the car wash last month and was pleased with the results. While no automatic car wash can get every bit of dirt off-this one did a pretty thorough job. I didn't even choose the most expensive wash option either. I appreciated the self serve free vacuums and various cleaning products and cloths to use after the wash. The pricing was reasonable and the staff were friendly. I would recommend Cheseldine Car Wash and will be a returning customer. read more

I took my new Chevrolet Traverse to get a car wash a few months after purchasing the vehicle. I asked to have the inside mats washed. The employee damaged the 3rd row floor mat when she was removing it. I immediately let the supposed manager (Philip) and the cashier (Rosie) about the damage. Philip looked at the damage and took my name and phone number for the owner to contact me. This happened in October 2024 and to this day, I still have not heard from the owner. I have called numerous times asking for the owner (John Cheseldine) to call because he is never there. I actually went to the Chevrolet dealer and had them print out the part and price for replacement. I took it to the car wash and left it with them. Still NO calls from the owner. Came here today to give this Car wash a try. Purchased the #1 package which cost $28.95 plus $1.00 for the car being an SUV. Since purchasing there #1 package I was hoping that the after wash will be done properly and correctly, but to my surprise they didn't! It was upsetting and definitely a disappointment since expecting that theyw would wipe the inside even the windows properly, but that was not the case at all. Everything was dine sloppy and quickly so that they could move on to the next. Seems like they were rushing so that everyone could be accommodated and be done so they wont really have to do much. The wipe inside the vehicle had dust marks leaving also a hair on my vehicle, rim wasn't even wiped and clean properly. This is just very disappointing and a waste of money. read more

I went to this car wash to clean off my vehicle. As I always do, when I am out a store, doctor's appointment, or in this case, to have the vehicle washed. I will take my ear bud to listen to some music or the talk show for the morning. I always wear the one ear bud and leave the other ear bud in its case in the vehicle. When I couldn't get the bud to connect, I went back to my vehicle to get the bud case to reconnect back to the bluetooth on the phone. The case was no where to be found. It was removed from its holding place by one of the workers. I searched and searched for the case in my purse and the place where the item should have been--the cupholder. I could not find the bud case. I called the police. Overall, don't move people's personal items from the cupholder. For the owner to demand I apologize to his workers, I told him, no I will not. They had no business moving my personal item from the cupholder. (The worker(s) moved my ear bud case but not the plug-in air freshener and sanitizer. Go figure.) I would NOT recommend this car wash to wash a dog house. Your job is to wash the vehicle. Not move someone's items. read more

when my car rolled out of the wash today it had a flat tire! without any discussion, the manager, Phillip immediately tested, moved & put on my spare! he called Gary, at Cheseldine Tire & in less than 3 hours my tire was replaced, spare put back in AND Get This! they never asked for my full name OR any money! read more

Terrible experience I payed for the most expensive wash, they didn't clean everything. There were leaves left on the truck barely vacuumed floor mats are still dirty terrible service, staff was rude when I questioned them about it. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. read more

Not as good as I would expect for the price. I purchased the most expensive wash. My fault for not doing a walk around. There was a large streak across the hood. The inside wasn't vacuumed very well either. My daughter left a gum wrapper in a cup holder of the center console - it was still there afterwards. read more

So the self serve are quarters and bills only... it's 2022 update that. They didn't look all that good anyways so whatever mate. Decided to go thru touchless because those rubber bands smack the hell outta your car. It was definitely older than I was and a waste of 12 bucks. Not only did it not clean my car there's a wheel well that you have to direct yourself into & my 19's I guess we're too wide. I got out and looked and I was centered up and the bitch curbed BOTH wheels amd now I'm furious. When I pay $30 for a carwash I expect some attentiveness in what is included in the package. I shouldn't have to point out the obvious bug splatter that's clearly still visible on my white car. Inform your attendants not to make it so obvious which cars they rushing through or not putting the same effort into. Truck behind me and they pop the liftgate and wiping door jam/trim throughly. I haven't been here for many years for this same issue. Too bad we don't have other options nearby but next time I'll just leave my car dirty!! read more

This place used to be decent, but today refused to wash my 2012 Subaru Impreza due to a "cracked bumper". This "cracked bumper" was the front ground effect/bumper popping off the car on the right hand side, and took me maybe 30 seconds to put back on. Now, you might say I should have done that first, and that's fair. However, I was given no other explanation and ushered to the cashier to get my money back, instead of being told why my vehicle couldn't run though their machines (it was taken and washed at least once by them in this same conditon). As I said, I remember this place being of much higher quality in the past, but now I'd never go back there for anything, and moreover I'd not trust ANY business with their name on it, regardless of what they do. read more

I made a quick visit to this location for a express car wash because my normal place was closed due to low temperatures. I pulled my car into the "Express" line and the attendant quickly arrived and directed me to where I was to wait while the car went through the tunnel. After paying for the wash I returned to the tunnel windows for a few minutes to watch the car soap up. I then made a quick visit to look at the random things they had in their little store and scoped out their waiting room. It seemed like a nice car wash and the lady working inside was friendly for small talk. When the car came out of the tunnel it was hand dried and ready to go. It's all that you would expect for the Express Service and I'm guessing it took less than 15 minutes total. I was happy to get a quick wash in freezing temperatures and not having to do it myself. I've used their automatic car wash and DIY car bays and never had any issues. This place is one of my preferred locations for my car cleaning needs because there is minimal random foot traffic. read more

I got the #1 that includes everything. my truck still has bird crap on the hood and door. they vacuumed around the trash and left the trash inside the car. well it was like 30 bucks and fast. I wish I inspected it better before giving them a $10 tip. I should have put like $2 and the trash in the tip box instead. read more

I've been taking all 3 of my cars here for 7 years. A little overpriced since I always have to pull in the parking lot next door to really finish drying my car. A couple of weeks ago the guys that use the brush on the handle to clean the tires before it goes through the automatic wash knocked my front license plate and bracket off. I told the woman at the counter and gave her my number to have the manager call me since only the dealership can install the bracket. After several calls to the car wash the manager is never there and refuses to call me. I'm at the dealership now to get the bracket reinstalled, should only be about $25, but I'll never use this car wash again. read more

We only went for the Basic Wash and were happy with the results. Usually at car washes we are disappointed with the window cleaning but these folks left them sparkling. The menu is a bit confusing and the dude that greeted me was a bit short and rude for a new customer that was unfamiliar with the packages. Halfassed job paid for #1 they didnt bother to clean the wheels. Owner happened to be in I complained and he shut down the wash made them rewash the wheels after all that they still were still dirty. The tireshine didnt last an hour. They dried the vechile with dirty towles left streaks on paint and winodws. Just took my car on my lunch today, paid 22.95 to be cleaned inside and out. When I looked at driver door inside, there was dirt on bottom. When I brought this to the workers attention, she told me that wiping the interior doors was not part of the package....but that she would do it for me... Really...
