They said they did not know how to do the basic installation of a stereo on a van conversion. What is odd is that the stereo in the front of the van is the same as any other van, but they claimed to not work on vans. They had promised to help out with a ride that would have only been two miles from the shop, then reneged later - lying and claiming they had not made the offer - out of pure spite. Happily, all ended well because we took our vehicle to another, much more experienced shop and had adults work on it instead. The work the new shop did was phenomenal - they are highly skilled and experienced (almost 30 years of experience) and it shows. Music Express Car Audio and Skate Shop are the most immature, unprofessional group of people we have ever encountered in a business setting. Not recommended.

Every sales source that carried the particular system showed the unit "including" its parts (the remote was in fact a part). I called to ask why the remote was not installed and was told that it did not come with a remote but one could be ordered and installed at a latter date. No doubt o would have to be charged another installation fee.. no chance! If there are other choices in the area putting in work, you would be better off going with them.. #CheapSkates

I've never had an issue in here as the employees are always happy to see you. It's a fun atmosphere for geeks and nerds alike. They also buy and trade items!

If you asked me to write a review of second and Charles a week ago, I would've gave it a five star…read morebut today I walked in and was sadly disappointed to see that the entire Disney funko pop section had been moved to the floor and was stacked up into the back of a bookcase. As a Funko pop collector, this was very disappointing to see that they changed the Disney display. I couldn't even look at any of the Funko pops that I wanted to look at because they were stacked up on the ground hidden in a bookshelf. Super disappointed with second Charles decision to do this.

During my first visit I tried the strawberry salad and Texas Beef sandwich. I also got an iced tea and they serve it to you in a collectable sturdy plastic cup. They have a dedicated dining area and then a dedicated music area. My sandwich and salad were nice although I found the sandwich to be on the really small side so this joint definitely ain't serving anything along the sizes of a New Orleans poboy. Overall this is a cool spot and is nice for a change of pace.

Most cds were $5 unless marked otherwise and vinyl were priced as marked. They even sell tie-dye shirts. The location itself isn't too large, but the space is completely filled with music. It was a great spot to rummage around and find that vinyl record I had been looking for. I found a couple items. Chatted briefly with the associated who did offer me help along the way. I'm in the area somewhat often so I'll definitely make sure to try to swing by here if I get a chance to see if there is anything here I can add to my collection.
