My bosses took me and some co-workers out to this Top Golf as a fun company outting. I had heard great things about it, and was excited to see what it was like. I must say, that any good thing you've heard about this place is absolutely right! The entire place is super clean and decorated very nicely. The area where you sit and play was very clean, organized, and comfortable. Every employee we interacted with was extremely hospitable and helpful. My love affair with you is real. I can not get enough! I go to Vegas around 5-8 times a year, and Top Golf is a mandatory stop every single time. Now you want to get to the third floor (if you don't have kids with you) that is the party floor. They have a cool bar and rooftop pool up there. The view of the strip is unreal. Let me be clear, I am not a golfer, but I love Top Golf! It's so much fun and nice break from the normal Vegas activities. Surprisingly they also have great food! Get the tots no matter that. I can't rave enough about Marco Beabraut (Hospitality Sales Manager). I booked 2 private bays with him for a Friday night for my group of 13 people. He was very professional all throughout the process. I had to pay a $400 deposit to reserve them. The day I was leaving to fly to Las Vegas, the airline delayed my flight and we wouldn't be arriving until later. Marco was a hero! He confirmed that I could arrive a little later and still gave me 2 hours. Top Golf is fortunate to have people like Marco working for them. My entire group had a wonderful time. And the food is surprisingly good there and not too expensive. They could totally rape you on food as they have a captive audience but it was reasonable. We had a $560 food/beverage minimum which we hit but the hostess was really nice and told us up front if we didn't hit it, we could buy drinks, etc with us at the end. Booked a reservation at Topgolf for the first time this past weekend and had a really great time! A lot of friends have posted them at Topgolf a lot on my socials, but never really pursued the idea of going until recently. It was REALLY packed, so we had to wait a bit even though I paid for a reservation. Floors 1+2 are all-ages and everything else is 21+, but you can still order alcohol through someone at the lower levels. We got a bay on the first floor because the wait time was shorter. I was relieved that they sanitized the bay and the clubs after each party, regardless of COVID or not. The system has a lot of different game modes to choose from. Honestly, I was pretty cooked by the time it was our turn, so I chose the mode which basically just let you launch the ball as hard as you could and if it landed in a zone, you scored points. Fun stuff. We payed for 90 minutes which was more than enough. Everyone in my group agreed 1 hour would have been too short and 2 hours would have been a little too much. The drinks were a bit on the wimpy side even with double shots. Our waitress though was attentive at least and would stop by frequently to make sure if we were doing okay. I definitely wouldn't mind coming back here if someone recommended the idea. read more

Attempted to get a golf bay as a walk-in. Two and a half hour wait... needed brunch. Decided to get short rib tacos, flatbread, wings and beer. It took quite awhile to get the food. The tacos were cold... not just cooled down but straight from the fridge cold. Wings were lukewarm. Informed our server who found a manager. Was told new tacos will be right out and would be comped along with the wings. Twenty minutes later and sure enough, both were cold! Flatbread however was fantastic as well as the waitress who was so embarrassed. Decided to see where we were at on the wait list... at least an hour! Gotta go! Mark exchanged the hat for me :-) which was all I wanted. A simple fix and now a happy customer/player again with a hat size they can wear. Thank you Mark for making it right. 6/6/2023 I am appalled at the service I just received at the Las Vegas Top Golf. I purchased a hat on my vacation from the Top Golf in Richmond, VA. The hat is a S/M I need a L/XL. I showed up to the Vegas location where I reside to exchange it for the right size and was told no because it doesn't say Las Vegas on the hat and Roni the manger even refused to refund me the money. I asked if they were franchised and was told no, but again because it didn't say Las Vegas on the hat she couldn't do it. Pretty much take the L or fly to Virginia to exchange it. Spending hundreds at this location and even visiting the other locations the company has this is how I'm treated. Roni Villescaz didn't even try to find a solution. I had the receipt and cc I paid with. Top Golf needs to fix this. What would it have been to exchange the hat. This is what is wrong with the service/hospitality industry. We just happened to be staying at MGM and decided to come hit some balls instead of hitting the slots. They provide fun and comfortable enviornment along with full service (food & beverages). Great seating and the much needed water misting system keeps you cool in the Vegas heat. Those who don't mind the long walk, go for it!! But the walk to this place is a journey!! I wish they had golf cart service for the guests who are going out there from the hotel though. Quick check in (we walked in and was able to get our bay right away on 2nd level) on a Saturday afternoon & the service was promt. We ordered some drinks and enjoyed our time away from the casino. Our group of 19 had a great time here! It is liek a driving range on steroids. Nice tables, chairs and couches behind the hitting station. Lot's of persnal and large TVs showing sports, and your golfing updates. Even though some in our group don't golf they had fun as well. We had a catered buffet of appetizers, all whoch were great. My second time being here. The first time was just with my husband. He is no expert but he knows a thing or two about golf. As for me, I was just there to have fun. In other words, I was horrible! The second time being here, we surprised a friend with a group lesson for his birthday, and our instructor was Lindsay. She was awesome and she is such a great teacher. We all learned the basics such as how to properly hold the golf club, which one to use for which distance, etc. We wanted to continue to play on our own and thankfully it wasn't crazy busy, so we were allowed to stay in the same bay we were when we got our group lesson. Not sure if that because there wasn't a free bay or because the price went up after noon, but either way we started just after noon. This is a FUN place and is definitely a stop on future Las Vegas trips. This was my second visit to this Top Golf as we await the ones in Los Angeles to be completed. The vibe and the atmosphere make this place, since your view is the lights of Vegas. And I do recommend playing here during the evening if all possible. I've played during the day before because I had such a great time on my first visit that we went twice during that trip. However playing at night with the music and all is definitely more enjoyable. As much as I love it, it's definitely not cheap. You're definitely paying the premium since it's Las Vegas of course. And don't compare it to an average driving ranges since it's a much different experience. I highly recommend reservations (They only allow 7 days prior to day of play) and reservations starts at 6am. I did mine 6am on the dot, because by 8am all bays were booked, it being Memorial Day weekend also. I still recommend doing it early because due to its popularity the bays fill up right away especially on weekends. Lower decks (1&2) are cheaper than the top floor decks (3&4) which I made reservations for the top deck because of the view and never have played top floor. I had 7:45pm reservations and arrive 10 mins early. Upon checking at the service deck she asked if I wanted top deck and of course I did, as I requested, only to be informed that it wasn't available? The 3rd deck was open but she didn't know the wait time? And I had reservations...? She asked how many in my party I said only 2 and she said wait time for 3rd deck would be around 30 mins . So I asked so how long for the 4th deck and she had no answer, at all. I was confused and a little annoyed, just due to the how she was handling my questions, but I was there for a good time and settled for 3rd deck. We still had to wait about 30/40 mins from our reservation time of 7:45pm. They took the precautionary steps of cleaning and sanitizing our bay which was nice to see, from golf clubs (even tho we brought our own clubs) to complete surface wipe downs. Overall service was okay, but not great even from the previous visit. It won't keep me from coming back for the fun that this place provides. Again it's not necessarily cheap, however the larger the party you can split amongst yourselves. For small parties like ours, I highly recommend downloading the app and checking out deals they have and maybe win prizes to cut the cost (Just a tip if on a slight budget). An APP ONLY promo was spend $150 get $50 free on GAME PLAY ONLY, which I purchased giving you about 2 hours of play on top decks on weekends. Our group of 15 (3 bays) had the best time!! Ages ranged from 6-45). Location was easy to find and parking was seamless since it's a stand along building (so nice to not have to find it in a hotel). The food is pretty good, reasonable and the vibe is amazing!! Clubs were fine. They even offered left handed clubs. Set up is a bit confusing but the staff is incredible and patient. The kids loved both the angry bird version and the regular version (our boys play golf so they enjoyed the fun game and the serious game). I prefer real golf but this is more of a place to have fun, eat, drink and do smth different. We all loved it!! We all left in such a great mood. Bar was nice (one on each level-we were on level 2). Our server was on top of things and so patiently took quite a few pics of all of us. Icing on the cake, the manager, whom I don't quite remember her name, started w an "M" was so professional, helpful and sincere in making sure our party had a great time. Very cool location right next to the MGM. Amazing visual setup and lounge. The Resturant had a great menu but we waited an hour and few minutes for someone to acknowledge us. And....We were only acknowledged because the woman to the right of us threw a fit about not having any service for 30 minutes. The customer service we experienced amongst 6 workers was poor and know one could help us. Once we were served, the staffed blamed the customer service on shift change? Other than that we shared queso and dip and chips. The queso was really thick and warm on a skillet but it was not hot. We ate it because we were hungry for a snack while watching the game. First time to ever try out Top Golf and it was alot of fun. There is free parking at the location. There is a bunch of stairs that go up to the main entrance but there is also a handicap accessible entry on the side where the handicap parking is. Top Golf has 4 different levels. But the 3rd and 4th level is for 21yrs+. Believe it or not. They also have a pool on the 3rd floor. I believe anyone can swim for free just not sure what the operating hours are for the pool. There is also a bar on the 3rd and 4th level. Golf is paid by the hour. Prices vary by time, day, & level you play on. You can play with up to 6 people per section. There is a waiter/waitress that will ask you if you will be ordering food. The menu is accessible by phone using the QR code that is displayed on the table. Just point your camera to the code. The host for the bay will help log every player into the system. One bad part of this experience is that they want so much info from everyone just to add your name to the game board. They have different game styles of playing. But since we are far from being professional, we just played the basic game. Now as far as food service and quality. It couldve been better. Our waitress was great. But we waited for our food almost 45 minutes after placing our order. Then some of our food was still missing and ended up having to wait another 20 minutes or so for that to come out. The food here is basically bar style food. Burgers, fries, tacos etc. nothing too fancy. But the prices are out of this world. Lol. You are better off eating at a different restaurant before or after your visit. For dessert try the donut holes they come with two syringes, one raspberry, one chocolate and you fill the donut hole then eat it delicious and fun. Came in about half an hour before it opened on a Sunday morning. I didn't have a reservation, but I was one of the first people in line so I got lucky and was able to get a booth on the third floor. I'd heard so many good things about Vegas' Topgolf and now I know why. It's really a clean, organized, and well run facility. I don't know about the other floors (apparently there's a pool on the fourth), but the third floor has a mega screen with well spaced out seating to hang out and watch sports. There's also a full bar next to it. As for the actual golf, it's pretty fun for all levels. There are multiple types of games that score you mostly on your accuracy (distance does help a little). They have clubs you can use in each booth for men and women, and I saw some people bringing in their own clubs. The clubs I think are Callaway. I thought they were very nice and forgiving, as most game improvement Callaways are. You can also order food and drinks from your booth so you never have to leave it. You can also extend your hours through the kiosk. I paid for an hour and I had so much fun, I extended another hour. Really cool experience! read more

I love this place! It's modern, clean, fun, food is good, drinks are good and the golf games are unique! First, the atmosphere is fun. You have your own stall/bay with a U shaped couch, coffee table, golf clubs & interactive screen. The food is like bar food, there's sliders, appetizers, cocktails, beer and etc. It's like if Dave n Busters, golfing & a nightclub had a baby. I love how they make a driving range be interactive and game-like. There's a few challenges you can play against the people you are with in your bay. Another thing we like is they have a whole area with a bar, huge projection screens, tables, couches, shuffle board and cornhole. So if you're done with the driving range, just hang out here! The one thing i dislike is that it seems like it is close to the strip, but it's kind of not. You definitely have to Uber to get here, or you can walk through a rundown, questionable block. read more

Had a great time with the fam at this Topgolf. Out of all the Topgolfs, this one is the biggest. Nothing like shmacking some golf balls while you're faded. Put our party of 4 on the waitlist at 3pm on a Saturday on President's Day weekend and waited about 1 hour before our bay was ready. Cool thing is you can hit the bar and grab a few drinks while you wait so that killed a lot of time. I highly recommend you play as early as you can cause the wait times can get brutal and they can potentially shut down the waitlist if it gets too long. They have a variety games you can play but we just stuck with the OG Topgolf game. The stock clubs they provided were decent and easier to hit and pretty forgiving (but that will depend on your personal skill level). Service was solid, our server regularly checked up on us and made sure we were all squared away. My only complaint is the tracking on some of the golf balls weren't accurate. For example i'd hit it in the green zone then it would give me points for a different zone. When I tried to edit the score, it wouldn't adjust properly and we had to keep track of our scores in our heads and deduct them later. All in all, my fam (who were all first timers) and I had a great time and will definitely be back when we cruise to Vegas in the future! read more
