One ounce lasted us three months. Four ounces is basically a years worth. That's only ten bucks a month to keep these old bones going. No way I was going from 750mg down to 500mg. I initially tried the vape and it was a great way to dose off but I had no idea how much CBD I was taking, and to be honest you need to do a few big puffs to feel the effects. But as a test I got the 500mg tincture for my aunt who suffers from anxiety and has trouble with going to sleep. After taking one pipet of the tincture she was able to sleep for over 9hrs in a deep relaxed state. This has been consistent for a few days. She wakes up with a lot of energy and now we are trying to reduce the dose to half of what she was taking to make sure she's up in time for daily chores. So with the 500mg a full tincture pipet would be 16mg of CBD. We are now doing half of that once a day before bed which is 8mg and it's really helpful for her. Finally got to this place after I have been putting it off. I won't lie, I was skeptical, did I really need to go this route, was it just a hype and now I'm giving into it? But, after many sessions at my acupuncturist, and after years of not sleeping, back and shoulder pain and extreme anxiety, I figured every day I was NOT doing something, was another day that I was not my best self. So, here I am. After avoiding dispensaries because they just seem "shady" and I just wasn't comfortable with going in one, I found them gem on yelp! 5 stars all around, and everyone says how they love them because they lay it all out for you. THIS is what I needed. I know nothing about CBD, I am curious, not even sure if its for me, but I need help. Walk in to smell the smells of almost a spa-like atmosphere. Greg, welcomed me in and right away he was so helpful with going over their products with me. I told him I am a newbie, I know nothing about this, but I need help and I am sick of suffering. He went over the oils and showed me the products they sell and have on hand. I never once felt like, if this wasn't for me, that I would feel uncomfortable leaving. I hate when you go into places and they make you feel like sh*t, as if you wasted their time. I decided to try out their oil with the lowest mil. and move on from there. Got some chapstick, and even scored a free bath bomb (thanks yelp!) that smelt so good, I didn't want to use it! I started the oil that night before bed, and woke up very refreshed. Day 3 and I am now taking it in the morning. Not feeling sleepy, feeling calm and refreshed. I used my cosmic bath bomb the other night and it was amazing. At first I thought, I'm not spending $20 on a bath bomb, but the reality is, it was charcoal and it was black. I have used many of those kinds before and they just stain my bath tub.
