It's coming from corporate, who recently switched to a cheaper lid. Unfortunately, the plastic is so flimsy that when you insert a straw, it can break off and fall into the cup. That's a serious health concern, and I'll be addressing it directly with Robeks corporate. I want to be very clear though - this has nothing to do with this specific location or the people running it. They've been transparent, responsive, and professional from start to finish.
