I'm always a walk-in because I have a busy work schedule and they're always able to accommodate me. They do a great job on acrylics and for pedicures never had any issues everyone's super friendly there too. I do request one of the nail stylist but sometimes I get other people and it works out fine and everyone's always in a good mood. I had a very disappointing experience. My nails were not cleaned before the acrylic was applied, and I was told it would be a $10 upcharge after the service just to clean them--on top of a $60 base price. I asked for gel but was given acrylic instead, and the finish was messy with bubbles and uneven shaping. The acrylic didn't even reach the end of my nail beds, so they looked grown out immediately. I was seated with a technician who didn't speak English, which made it really difficult to communicate. When I was in pain under the LED light and tried to move my hand, he kept pushing it back in. The environment was uncomfortable--no music or TV, and one employee was watching a show on her phone out loud while eating at her station. I left feeling so embarrassed of my nails, I ended up cutting the nails off at home. I don't usually leave reviews, but I feel this level of service isn't acceptable. I won't be returning. read more

They steal money from you they over charge for fills I've never seen such bad nails like this they can not do long nails they get mad when you request it they only prefer to do a pedicure because that's all they know . Had a pedicure on 3/2/24 for a cost of $40.00 - $33.00 and then a tip of $7.00. A young man did the quick 1/2 hour service but when I returned home I found my nails incomplete. The first nail color was applied which was flat in color and then a top coat which was shiny. Unfortunately, the top shiny coat was applied to the entire surface of the nails! Super professional work and they have a wonderful energy. The nail technicians knew exactly what they were doing, they made sure to not cut ANY corners. I got the deluxe pedicure and a full set for my hands. Overall they succeeded my expectations because I've definitely had my fair share of bad experiences but this place is so worth it. She sat down, put gloves on then she said "someone will be with you, my appointment is here". Waited 40 minutes and no one helped me. I do not recommend this salon at all. They do not sanitize between clients and there is no barbicide or other disinfectant in sight. The nail tech was also a bit rough and caught my cuticles with the drill several times. I'm also fairly certain they use MMA acrylic (which is illegal) for several reasons: The acrylic smelled as it was applied, my nails were sore for several days after the application, and when I soaked and scraped my nails off, it took an hour just for one hand and instead of crumbling and coming off easily like it should have, it turned to sticky goop. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I came in to get my nails done for my wedding and I showed the lady a picture and she refused to match the color I wanted. Once I had the nail tech remove the color I didn't agree too, she became very passive aggressive and gave me a French tip manicure and I told her specifically that I do not like thick lines and I was left with thick lines. The nail tech left jagged lines and left paint all over my hands. She refused the clean up my nails and now my nails are full of acrylic shavings and excess nail polish. Very dissatisfied. Alright, the hubby and I came here for pedicures and they did an awesome job. We were walk-ins and had to wait about 10 mins but no biggie. They got our spots ready for us and let us just chill in our chairs while they finished up other customers so we were there for about an hour or so total. The guy who did my pedi and the girl who did the hubbys were both friendly and really took their time as they worked on us. Their prices, in my opinion were about the going rate for Tucson. $35 for a deluxe pedi, $25 for a regular and $45 for an organic pedi. Hubby said we'll be going back and I agree. read more

I moved to the area recently and this salon was recommended to me so I thought I would try it. It was one of the worst experiences I've had. The girl rushed through everything, and it felt like she was tearing my cuticles off. It really hurt and I told her so. My toes still hurt. After my recent disappointing experience at Campbell spa nails (John left and Vicky, the manager, charges almost $ 60 for a full set and shellac) I found this little gem not so far from my house. Quie and Peter do a great job - their acrylics are impeccable and look very natural and thin, as opposed to duck face :) acrylics that keep my fingers sore for days. I am sad I was really excited to try topline again after my friend said how great they are. Well I am the type of client that is faithful of you do a good job. Well the first time I went of course I was treated decent because they want returned service well after my pedi I ask for a fill a Kim(first chair) starts taking off a nail here and there then decides for me I need a new set. whatever well less that two weeks later one of the new nails popped off. So I go back again for fills and pedi and I got a half a** pedi because I didn't get the expensive pedi and here we are not even two weeks and the same nail popped off AGAIN! I am a stay home mom so I'm not rough on my nails,not to mention I leave there spending no less than $100 including tips(since 1 person does your pedi then another your nails) I really really wanted to like it here as Kim is sweet but my nails don't even make it two weeks without them lifting and popping off when I get dressed. I also noticed when they are dead they all take their masks off and sit in the pedi chairs. Thats NOT following health guidelines. I will go back to Gelish salon where my nails could go 3 weeks to a month without needing fills or looking like they need fills. read more

Went to them for a new set just to try new salons in the east side area of Tucson. Soon as I walked in it was dead, there was nobody in there, that's typically a bad sign for a nail salon but I was in a bit of a rush and I wasn't thinking nothing of it. They had me with this old man that looked like he should of retired a long time ago. When he was doing my nails, he was shaking like he had tremors. It was bad enough to the point that he even nicked my cuticles on a couple of times. He couldn't understand English and made my nails all types of uneven. I agree with the other review that they give a very good pedicure and it was a relaxed atmosphere and everyone was nice. I was shocked at the price though. I came in to get the calluses removed from the bottom of my feet and she did a very nice job but I have never been charged more than $25 anyplace before today. When she said $35 I had to ask again. I know $35 may not sound like a lot, but compared to every place I have been before it felt like a 75 cent jump in gas prices; kind of gets your attention. I think I will shop around some more and maybe ask about the price first. I've got full body massages for $35 before. read more

I went to this nail salon with my mom she was getting a pedicure. She was very unhappy with the service she received. She had a guy work on her feet. He wore gloves then I noticed he went to another customer wearing the same gloves he had on when doing my moms pedicure he went to go paint her nails then he went to go I would say hands but he was washing the GLOVES!! After he was done washing the gloves he came back to paint my moms nails. Once he was done my mom was waiting for the paint to dry so we can leave and there was another lady waiting to get a pedicure in which he went to go attend to her and he was wearing the same GLOVES!!! So he was wearing those gloves all day which is so unsanitary!!! We will never go back to this place. Also the instruments he was using were the same ones not once did I see him go get some sanitary instruments for each individual. Every time he would go to other customers he would take the same instruments. Love this salon! Trang is amazing and does an excellent job! She has done pedicures and manicures for me as well as gel nails and dip. My nails and hands are usually a wreck because I do lots of crafts and cook, and my hands are in water a lot. Trang is so sweet and patient, and she just fixes me up so I feel all pretty again. (Today I told her that I probably have cookie dough under my nails, sorry... and she said that's my job, you leave it to me ). I come in every couple of weeks. Everyone is friendly, the tools are clean, and they use the liners in the pedicure bowls. Love the massage chairs. Prices are reasonable, and they are staffed well enough that there is usually little or no wait. They have plenty of regulars... I'm one! read more
