I was also disappointed that no cuticle care or traditional manicure was performed. Looking closely at the finished set, there are areas where the product does not fully cover the sides of the nail and the detailing around the cuticles appears unfinished. The salon was clean, quiet, and relaxing, and the nails are pretty at first glance. However, I expected better communication, more attention to detail, and greater care for the health of my natural nails.
