They are really friendly in here, and to be honest its usually empty which is great for me when I'm shopping. I really can't bear shops full of people. Anyway, the clothes are the usual quality and price you'd expect from DP but you can pick up a real bargain in their sales. They have a TALL section and a PETITE section I believe. Changing rooms are ok but on the small side. Not really good if you have a child in a buggy with you, although the staff try their best to help.

The staff here are so polite and friendly no matter when you go, which is amazing considering the hustle of working in retail and such large numbers of customers. If the queue gets big, then boom, they open more tills. Good variety for a shop this size and all really well presented.

In a word, TINY…read more. There is too much stock on too many displays in a space the size of a small shed. The staff seem overrun and 'frazzled' which seems to faze their competency with stock knowledge. Claires in other locations are of a fairer size and seem less cluttered. However, the range of products available and the prices they are available FOR in Hemel are fantastic. Also they run a body peircing service in-store.
