So this has been a shop that I have been going to for almost a year. I always buy from the connoisseur shelf same thing on two occasions before I noticed that the product () wasn't the quality of the shelf that I bought on the second occasion I contemplated on bringing it to the shop's attention or going elsewhere, but due to me being familiar with the shop, I continued to go... I stopped by last night I go to the connoisseur (same shelf everytime) buy the same thing I get home. The quality is VERYYY bad horrible honestly in relation to the shelf that I get. i'm familiar with the process of these place due to working at one before. They're putting top shelf on the highest shelf and on the connoisseur and that's just not right for people who's really spending money on what they think is better quality product when they come in and as I mentioned spending over $60 most times. this is the third time this has happened. Finally , I brought it up to the workers attention this morning , when I called and explained she stated the only thing she could do is give me 20% off so I would have to spend 48 more dollars after spending $60 YESTERDAY night . So I would have after two days $108 (and keep the bad product cause they explained they couldn't take it bad - I can't smoke it lol so it's just here now) and I'm not even sure if the new product that they give me would be the quality that I'm preferring with the shelf that I'm buying CONNOISSEUR . I explained I won't be coming back. They could keep the 20% and that's really messed up that that's the only thing that they offer when they're simply switching shelves around and I brought it to their attention after multiple incidents. She stated that she would let the managers know that the product is bad and to remove it from that shelf, but that doesn't make a difference of like I mentioned putting the lower quality product on the higher quality product and I already bought it and I can't even use it. They can keep their 20%. They can keep their bad product and bad customer service. I just feel like that wasn't a proper way to fix the issue for me being a longtime customer and offering me to buy more after I just bought some last night, I won't be coming back. HAD THEY BEEN WILLING TO FIX THE ISSUE AS A WHOLE , that's different but to expect me to spend MORE money to fix an issue you caused and are aware of cause your staff stocks the product, is just unprofessional and somewhere I won't be giving my money to for hit or miss products. Wouldn't recommend honestly. They put their LOWEST shelves and quality on the HIGHEST shelves for people to buy and then you don't realize until you get home obviously and then they say they can't take it back when it should've been there in the first place lol. read more
