The tooth had to be extracted, and I was in pain over a week. I was advised to replace bridge I had would cost a certain amount, I felt the price was too high. So, while he was addressing one issue, I asked if the price could be lower. He went back and forth what would be needed. He kept bragging how he was the best dentist. Finally, when he realized I would not go for price he stated. He stated he could do nothing. At my last visit for teeth cleaning, a different person than the one I had been accustomed to did my cleaning. This woman did not explain things well, was extremely rough, and never gave me a breather. She started to floss my teeth, and I had to stop. When I went to the receptionist, I was very angry. I was not going to say anything. Then, this totally unprofessional woman goes to the receptionist and says she (meaning me) just got up and left. At that point, I got mad and stated why I was so angry. Woman then says that she was cleaning my teeth (that justified her extreme roughness) and at that point I lost it. She then says why didn't you say anything-I just looked at her (how can someone say something when something is in their mouth). Then, she and the receptionist go running to the dentist like two idiot children. At that point, I left. Finally, I cannot comprehend how this dentist was ever rated number one.

I come here every six months. They have a cute little waiting area with magazines to read and a few toys to keep the kiddos occupied. There is a little coat closet you can hang your coat in. They are very efficient and gentle with your teeth. My four year old son actually likes to get his teeth cleaned, which is great, I was terrified as a kid. They are so good with him and he gets a little toy when he leaves, so he is always excited about coming back. My teeth always feel nice and clean when I leave. They give really good recommendations too. The dentist comes in after the hygienist is done and does an overlook of everything. I grew up in pre-flouridated water days, and had lots of cavities. Having shared that, sometimes its just not avoidable. So I go when I have to. And I go to a wonderful dentist. He understands my fears and is kind and gentle and caring. I really trust him to take good care of me. He has the same office staff that has been there for years and know me by name. I think that also speaks volumes about what a good man he is. And the staff works hard to get me in around a very busy schedule. My appointments run on time. I get called in right on schedule and if they say its a 15 minute visit, I am in and out in 15 minutes! I highly recommend Dr Rappaport- for those times when you really need a dentist, and your twice yearly cleanings (yes, they really are important!)

Grew up going here and had to get out. Something went down hill and they resulted in me needing 2…read moreemergency crowns (elsewhere) after they failed doing my cavity fillings, killing the teeth in 2024. They always drilled way too deep, it hurt my skull and I was super numbed up. This place is the reason I hate the dentist now as an adult, fillings shouldn't hurt that much. My sister also had a cavity filling that resulted in a root canal from here, and my mom has two root canals after getting fillings from this place. Genetics is one thing, 5 root canals within a 3 year time frame directly after fillings is a pattern of malpractice. The staff is nice, but its not fun when you're crying from pain calling the dentist a week later. They will transfer you to the dentist within telling you they are off the clock and he says "Why are you calling me about this now on holiday?" Maybe don't have your employees forward customer phone calls if you aren't willing to take them seriously and make them feel inconvenienced for being in pain caused by this place.

I made an appointment to have it done the next day, and soon after getting home they called and said if I came back that same day at 4:00 P.M. the repair could be done,which I did..
