I've had varying experiences over the years. Some good, some made me raise my eyebrows. I've been double billed a couple of times, got it straightened out, but was frustrating, they are better now, but for a while I paid with cash and made sure it was signed on payment. Was told I would get 10% off on a repair, when done the shop manager told me I got 5% on the parts, and 5% on the labor, said that was 10%. He was serious, I told him he was seriously wrong.
