When questioned I was told I would receive a call from the managing DR never called back. I tried several times in total 5x to reach Kelly to resolve with no callbacks. Kelly assured me the managing DR would call me back more than a couple of times. When I called last the lady at the office laughed and hung up on me!!!!!! Stay away from this office they are shady & over charge for procedures!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They don't care about patient DR relationship just about lining their pockets.

I saw Jonathan Greenhalgh and he was very pleasant, friendly, and down-to-earth. He told me all of my options and let me decide how to proceed rather than trying to force unwanted services on me. Unfortunately, I do need to go in for additional work, but with the way it was explained to me, I feel much better about having the procedure done. All the staff I encountered were very friendly, made sure I was comfortable, and made sure I didn't need anything. The building is undergoing some exterior renovations right now, but it's still very nice on the inside. I would definitely recommend this facility.
