Toribio Glass did a repair on two of my windows. They were on time and did a great job. Excellent communication. I highly recommend.

I would not recommend this company. We contacted High…read moreCountry Glass for a quote to replace windows in our second-floor office. Nick told us he would need to rent a boom lift to access the windows and requested $650 upfront for the rental. However, when he arrived to do the quote, he showed up with a ladder and explained that the company was out of lifts. Since the lift was never used, Nick agreed to refund the $650. Unfortunately, despite multiple promises, we have still not received our refund nearly three months later. The lack of follow-through, poor communication, and failure to return money that was promised back has been extremely disappointing. We expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer service. I hope this issue is resolved, but based on our experience, I cannot recommend High Country Glass.

If I could do a "no" star instead of one I would. While being diagnosed with cancer at age 60 I…read morewanted to have my car 1969 Roadrunner on the road again. Hodge being a Mopar restoration business I thought he would do a good job. Heres my list of boo boos he done to my car, paint job $16000 has tiny bumps all through it, removed my valve covers and then told me they would leak and they did, put a carburetor too small on my car charged me and then went to Advance and got another carburetor and charged me, then he started throwing parts at it but did not put the quality parts that I had on it before, then after he threw all these cheap parts on it the lifter started ticking, no oil showed on the dipstick, he purchased 2 distributors and all he had to do was to put same quality as what I had on it, installed a vinyl top with bubbles all through it and then told me to let it sit out in sun and rub them out, charged me over $1500 for brakes, worked on them three times charged me all three times and I still don't have brakes, he told me to pop my car in neutral before applying the brakes, he tagged on $3000 more than what I owed or told me I could give him one of my other muscle cars. I went to pick it up it was covered in dirt, leaves and bird poop, instead of paying my $3000 he did unauthorized work on my car and gave me a invoice instead and all the mistakes he done to my car he had excuses; 30 some years in the business and he is not able to install aftermarket parts purchased for muscle cars, he purchased and charged for my car, my dash had gouges in it, not just little ones but the size of a fifty cent piece, fumes came in cab of car, my carpet looks like you threw a rug in it and put my seats on top of it, charged for a hood skin but it is warped and will not shut all the way, don't know if he really purchased a hood or not because I did not get my old hood back, he kept parts that I had taken to him to put on my car, 417 days after he told me yes he owed me money I got a invoice for work I did not authorize or want done. Maaco could do a better paint job than what I got, he recharged me to cut and buff, it still has bumps in it and places where the hand was too heavy on the sand paper. If you want quality work go somewhere else, he will charge you quality but you will not get it. And to rub salt in the wound, when I went to pick up my car the second time he had printed out from the internet this form, said he had a lawyer but could not give me a name, had put the name Lydia on the "so called" internet form which my name is far from that, then said he could go print out more....really....lawyer...really...oh he also had his wife and called the sheriff department to witness me put my car on my trailer. I have recording of him and emails proving all this. Not very professional to overcharge a customer admit to overcharging and then refuse to give their money back, oh yea, he said he could not get my car to run unless he put racing fuel in it. He will tell you one thing and then do another. Le Hodge said he was trying to get my car done in a hurry and did not do quality work but I was charged his usual labor rate, I did not get the crappy job rate. Its not just after market replacement parts he cant install correct, I had NOS Mopar Emblems and he said they didn't fit, I have two Roadrunners, and yes they fit.

I presented him with my cancelled checks and after a year of asking for my money that he owed me he said he would make it right to bring my car back to him. That was my mistake, 3 months later I went to pick up my car, he handed me a invoice instead of paying me the money he had owed me for 415 days, he did not return my parts, and my brakes are the worse ive ever seen, I had performance parts on my engine due to the heads and he removed all my performance parts and put generic Advance Auto parts on my engine. and all those good ratings on facebook is because he does not deal with his mistakes professionally he will delete the negative post and block the person posting it so all you see is good remarks. Also when i went to pick my car up the first time when he swore i owed him $3000 more than what the invoice stated, my car was covered in dust, leaves and bird doo. He told me if i wanted quality that i had to pay $150,000 for a job he does; instead of half that amount.

Let me premise this with letting you know I am 75 y/o…read more I clearly asked for a custom satin finished (frosted) glass shower door with a 'clear glass' (stationary) area in the middle the size of a port hole so that my husband and I could check in on one another without opening the door. I made this very clear to the 'estimator', even saying not to leave a space larger than 2" at the top for ventilation because we get cold. The day of installation I just let the young men do their job. When it was completed I was SHOCKED to see a 'hole' in center of the door. Not a clear glass viewing area but a literal HOLE! The manager, or owner (I don't know) insisted I had ordered a hole and that they "wouldn't have even been able to do what I wanted anyhow". (Btw: This is a 'custom' place.). Thus, all of their paper work indicates I ordered a 'hole'. Me, being of sound mind, assumed my long description of what I wanted actually meant something. Apparently not! They would not replace it or negotiate a price for another door. They said they would contact me the following week and never did. As an aside that doesn't matter much to me since I already have an unacceptable door, but there are specks on the door that are clear, having never made it through the 'satinizing' , frosting process. I'm sad to say they have NO INTEGRITY.

We had 5 companies all saying something different was required structurally, but Glass Drops was…read morethe most cost competitive and able to provide the look we were after. They were very responsive with answering my questions about the structure and always very polite and professional. If you are well versed in the industry or have been through renovations before, they will do a great job. However - I would have appreciated more guidance through the process as they are the experts and this was the first bathroom we have done. On the initial visit I was told choices of glass are clear, frosted, rain effect etc. I requested clear because "I don't even want to see it." After it was installed, I was very confused to see it was so green! I verified they installed the clear glass and only then did I hear there were two choices for clear glass: clear and pure clear. The standard clear has green that is more prevalent on lighter tile which we have and would have been helpful to know on that first visit. We never saw samples. They said it wasn't their standard to walk customers through each sample individually since they have samples available for self-review in their office. True. To me, it's also perfectly reasonable for them to mention there are two clear options, and that standard clear is green. It is a failure of the industry terminology and unfortunately I learned this too late so am stuck with my aquarium.
