Work is good, but woman is nasty. I walked in to get the sleeves of a jacket shortened, asked if it could be done in about a week and the woman huffed out loud, rolled her eyes, and said no. i would totally understand if the time frame was not long enough but that is no way to act or speak towards customers. So i took my jacket and left. previous time i went there, she was obviously annoyed and did not want to do the job i asked her. this woman does not have the appropriate customer service manner and i will not be going back to her to give her my business. read more

Have a wedding and in a crunch on time. My own fault but you can't choose when to get sick. I've passed by all the time to work and thought how cute the building is. So I decide to give a panic call for help. "Come on in!!!" Mind you this is a holiday week too. I drove myself and tuxedo right over. I walked into a charmingly accumulate little store. I was greeted and taken right away! The owner couldn't have been nicer and more accomdating. I call with a major pain in the a$$ situation and they are saving my a$$. I met Basil who is a sweet boy. DO NOT USE!!!! Ruined a $600 dress I have never been treated so cruelly in my entire life. I brought in a special occasion dress to be hemmed (I wore it once eight years ago and the original hem was just a smidge too long) informed the blonde 40ish year old woman that this dress was very special to me and if it if she did not have the proper time to complete the dress by the following week, I would much rather not have done at all. She assured me multiple times that it could be done and they would do a great job. Fast-forward to the following week where I pick up the dress to find that the hemis completely uneven, stitched like a blind toddler did the job, and EVEN HAS A HOLE!!! Upon bringing this to the woman's attention, I was berated, gaslit, screamed at for being upset with the quality of the job. The woman stomped around the store until offering me a refund and even physically pushed me into the dressing room before screaming at me that she had been in business for 45 years and I was in the wrong. I left the store in tears and with a ruined dress that I could not wear. Please take my advice and steer as far away from this tailor as possible- and if the woman who treated me so poorly sees this review, you should maybe consider a different career field! read more

Came in with a suit that was FAR too big (about 5 inches for pants and 7 for the jacket) and needed it done in 2 days. A ludicrous request by any means. These folks are great, I have been using them for 8+ years now - Family run business and they go out of their way to serve you. Their prices are reasonable and the turnaround for shirts laundered or dry cleaning is about 4-5 days, very reasonable. I have also had some tailor work done on pants, suits and sport coats always done very well. On tailoring, you have to give them time ~ 2 weeks. They are the go to cleaners tailor in Mullica Hill - so they can get very busy. I would highly recommend them. read more

Never again. Absolutely terrible customer service. I brought a long felt winner jacket in 2 weeks before thanksgiving. I went to pick it the following Friday and I'm told they didn't clean it because of the belt loops. To be fair; she did call me once and leave a voicemail about the issue. What I don't understand is that they examine the garment when you give it to them before they even print the slip. Why wasn't this brought up then? I asked if she could clean it by thanksgiving and she said it wasn't a problem. Great! So I pick it up and put it directly into my closet with the plastic cover on. The next day, I'm putting it on and I see that it's still covered in cat fur and my hair. This particular thanksgiving was of special importance to me, as it was the first holiday spent with my significant other's family. It's embarrassing to have to wear a coat that looks like my cat slept on it for 5 weeks. Anyway, this woman has an attitude. The first time I went in, she trashed the other dry cleaner in town. This time, addressing this issue, she was horrible. First she tells me that she cleaned it. No! There is no way that coat was cleaned. She then tells me that the fabric is the worst kind of fabric with lint. Duh. That's why I paid to have someone clean it. She's standing there, aggressively lint rolling my coat telling me she could do this all day and nothing would come off. Except that it was coming off. If it was such an issue why not tell me when I brought the coat in the first time? She tells me she has been in the business for 31 years, which seems like an exaggeration since she looks to be in her mid 40s. Then she says she will clean it again. No way. She already *cleaned* it once and it was well below the threshold of acceptable. I don't see how doing the same activity would provide a different result. Finally, she offers me my money back. She stomps over to the register and aggressively removes money from the drawer and slaps it in my hand. She gave me $14. I believe I paid somewhere between $14.37 to $14.87. I paid a quarter or two to have my coat to not be cleaned and to be accosted by this woman. The whole exchange was rude and overly dramatic. Generally, you are supposed to APOLOGIZE when a customer isn't satisfied. Not gaslight and berate them. Also, what sort of dry cleaner keeps their pet in the store? read more

I called to see if they could work on my bridesmaid dress (I just needed 2 inches taken off the bottom), and haven't heard from them.....it's been 2 weeks. Is this woman running a business? How cute!? You walk into the business front, which by the way looks like a house, greeted by Karen (usually mistaken for Tori) and her beloved coworker Basil (her dog lol). I came to her for a dress alteration for an event I had at my school. I needed the dress taken in around my bust and all down my back..mind you the dress was covered in crystals and stones. She not only did an AMAZING job on my dress she made me feel like a million bucks!! I highly recommend Karen! She's awesome!! read more

I needed a cocktail dress taken in for an event I was attending. When the dress was pinned, it looked great. I picked the dress up 5 days later, but when I got home and changed for the event, the dress had not been altered at all!! It fit exactly the same as when I bought it. I compared the side torso seams (the ones that had been pinned for alteration) to the seams on the hem of the dress and they looked exactly the same. I had to attend a fundraiser gala in Philadelphia with straight pins down the side of my dress. When I called back, the response was "bring it back and we'll fix it." Too bad they couldn't have done the alterations BEFORE I picked up the dress! read more

I am very fussy about alterations and let me tell you, if you want the job done right this is the ONLY place to go. I live in Woodstown 20 years and have tried them all. She is the Bomb. Not only that, I was leaving for a Cruise in the morning and they were closed for the weekend! The owner Dave called me because I had 3 new dresses hemmed for the cruise and I desperately needed them. He made arrangements to meet me at the shop to get my dresses. He knew I was in a panic! REALLY? Who would do that? No one! Tori's is my go to place and if you haven't gone yet, you are missing out on top quality.
