The Audiologist checked my ear with the equipment and it showed a blockage of wax way up high. It required irrigation which did not hurt just a bit of flushing. Thanks for the insult, not every place thinks you're a criminal because you make a mistake. Yes customer service is great....until you have made the payment, then no answer to change of appointment requests etc. They did not include the cleaning utensils, which the audiologist said was very important. Perhaps I'm expecting too much for a $5,000+ purchase. Three years from now I will be going elsewhere, anywhere else will be a major improvement.

You work in an audiology clinic, it's common sense to give back your clients' hearing devices when you're trying to have a conversation with them.

She will always cut me off when I'm explaining the reason for my visit and complain about me having a "complicated" last name. I've been told to give her my patient number to avoid saying my last name but every time I try that, she won't take it and the cycle of her having trouble with my last name + then asking me for my patient number will continue. I understand she's trying to keep the call time short but there's no need to be rude to the patients.

The two doctors I have visited - my family doctor (currently on Maternity Leave) Dr. Theman, and her replacement, Dr. Lorde, are young, female doctors (yay!) who are extremely professional and trustworthy. I also don't have to wait forever to get an appointment - since they are both building their practices it's usually pretty easy to get an appointment within a few days of your desired date. While the decor might be a bit dated, and the receptionists a little short (hey, they are really busy!) this is pretty much as good as it gets in terms of a doctors clinic - they even have a blood lab on site and an x-ray tech just a few doors down. If they updated the office it would be a perk - but really I come for the medical advice not the ambiance, so I can't complain!
