The process was relatively seamless and took about 15 minutes to copy a garage opener with door entry signal and two additional entry fobs. He doesn't have a storefront. It seems to be where he lives. I arrived at this condo. He came downstairs with his kid and brought my garage opener back upstairs to copy while I waited in the lobby. It's tricky to find parking or stop the car nearby, so it's best if you have someone to attend the car while you wait. All the fobs work. He's willing to help service if there are issues. He has choices for the entry door from a card or a small keychain fob. However, there is no choice in the garage opener. We received this lime green garage opener fob with 4 buttons (he replicated our two buttons twice). The garage opener also acts as an entry fob. Not the best-looking garage fob, but hey, at least it works.
