Shopping at Windsor today, 5 pm on a Saturday and experienced the worst customer service ever…read more There was a very long wait for the fitting rooms, we waited for twenty minutes and were halfway to fitting rooms when their employee started scolding the entire store like we were misbehaving children- she yelled for everyone to hear, stating we all lost privileges to the fitting rooms because people aren't picking up after themselves so fitting rooms were closed. Many people mentioned how long they've been waiting as well as the fact people were polite in line and again were told we all lost our privileges to a fitting room and if we don't like it we can leave- exactly what was done not only losing a lot of business today but future sales as well. Looking at Google reviews this is a huge trend of this store so I question if it's policy and acceptable since it is a long standing complaint but its terrible business. There are too many options of where to spend our hard earned money to do so at a place that treats customers so terrible- fitting rooms aren't a privilege, it's a must prior to people handing over their hard earned money for your merchandise. I will never return or reccomend abd hoping to save someone the frustration we went through wasting our time in this store today.

Absolute worst experience and will never go back!…read more My daughter and I both had smoothies. My daughter moved her mask down to take a drink. I asked her a question and just then an employee Erica yelled at her to put her mask back on. I was less than a foot away from my child and she had her mask down for less than 30 seconds. We also were the only ones in the store at the time. When checking out, I addressed my issue with how the matter was handled with Erica. She first stated that food and drink was not allowed in the store. No where is that posted. She said she's asked her manager for signs and none have been provided. The customers are not required to know a store policy when it's never been posted. Further, I addressed the manner in which my daughter was approached. There was never an apology. Instead, Erica gave the impression that she'd rather not be there. I own three businesses and would never allow my employees to treat a customer so poorly. If you don't like your job, find a different one! I'll never go to this hot topic again. Good thing the Cedar Rapids store is still open.

And this is one of the few brick and mortar shops I know of in the area that carries it. However, Glassandro is much more than glass jewelry -- it carries a wide variety of bracelets, necklaces, rings and earrings. There are semi-precious stones, alternative metals and meteorite jewelry. I was awestruck of the naturally expired butterfly wing jewelry. So, so beautiful and unique. Definitely worth the money and reversible to boot. (I guess I had never realized the back side of butterfly wings were darker for night cover and also stunning.) I bought a pair for my mom and she loved them as much as I had hoped she would. Most recently, I contacted the shop via their facebook and was able to order a couple special trunk show pieces, *with the trunk show discount*! I was not expecting to get that discount and it was a nice surprise. The associate I communicated with (I'm assuming she was the owner) was friendly, helpful, and patient. Horrible experience ordering a pair of men's chinos from here. First off, I ordered the chinos…read moreonline and days later I was notified they didn't have them in stock. Then they locate this store that does have them. I ordered them by phone. Item arrives 5 days later on Friday however I open the package and it happens to be a woman's top. Also, they charged me for the price of the men's chinos and put the correct receipt in the box. I called Friday and Saturday and was told they will mail me a box to ship the item back AND THEN THEY WILL OVERNIGHT ME MY PANTS THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR. So, now I'm waiting three times as long for my item I've paid paid for but now I also have to go out of my way to ship the incorrect item back. On top of all this I called the store today to see when the box was mailed and had to deal with a rude lady. Glad I don't live in Iowa!
