With all of the stores in Illinois closed due to COVID-19, this store located in Davenport, Iowa was the next closest option to drive to and exchange these shoes. However, I live 2 hours away. Assistant manager Wendell and Store manager Jan went above and beyond to help me out and mail the shoes to me so I didn't have to make the 2 hour drive. I took a photo of the tags to look online for a smaller size. I found the identical top (Democracy) at VonMaur. The msrp tag was $42.00; it was not a marked down price! The msrp price was removed from the manufacturer tag at Four Seasons. Their own tag had the $61.00 price on the top. Maybe they do this with all items so when they mark them down you'll just be paying the msrp price??

It was far from crowded. I was only 1 of 2 people in the store . I left a message for Katie Kutsunis. the owner a week ago before i decided to post this. I didn't get a call back. The worst offense today was the fact i folded all 11 tops and handed them to the cashier. She scooped them up and TOSSeD them in the bag in a rumpled mess nor did she thank me for shopping.
