I tend to stick to the basic colors such as blue, black and grays so that it won't be too hard to cross match them in the mornings without too much thinking. (I know co-workers that come to work dressed like a Neiman Marcus catalog everyday, I just don't understand them.) Loft outlet quality reminds me of Target but their sizing runs a tad smaller than Target's. Their pants are cut smaller than Ann Taylor's and their accessories are much trendier than Ann Taylor which tends to be more classic. They have lots of clearance stuff when I was there but I didn't find anything that jumped out at me. Better luck next time. They're located near Pottery Barn...

Fortunately, I can ALWAYS find great deals for quality business casual and professional clothes at the Ann Taylor Factory Store at the North Georgia Premium Outlets! The Ann Taylor Factory Store is usually my first stop when I make my 45-minute drive to the Outlets. It's a fairly large store, which is always always nicely organized. As soon as I walk in, I head straight to the right side of the back of the store because that's where their clearance section is located. The clothes on clearance are organized by size and type - business casual is in one section and then there are more casual tops in a separate rack. There are also plenty of pants on clearance. I don't come here often, but the past three times I have visited, they would have additional discounts on top of the clearance prices! The last time I went on a Saturday afternoon, they informed me that there was an additional 40% off all purchases that day, and they handed me a small flyer with the prices of many of their items and how much they would cost with the additional discount. I thought that this was so helpful! As I was shopping and was holding numerous hangers of clothing, a friendly sales associate approached me and asked if she could get a fitting room started for me. I said sure, and she asked for my name, took the clothes I wanted to try, and saved a fitting room for me. Unlike some retail stores, they don't count the number of items you are trying or have a limit on how many items you can take in the fitting room. When I was ready to try the clothes on, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the associate had written my name on a white board on my fitting room door and had neatly hung the clothing inside. The associate smiled and told me that I should let her know if I needed assistance with anything. She was very sweet and I appreciated her excellent customer service! Overall, the Ann Taylor Factory Store gets 5 stars for their awesome deals for quality women's professional clothing, clean and organized environment, and friendly employees. I have never walked out of this store without buying anything because their petite-sized clothes (yay for the Petites section!) fit me so nicely and are affordable for the quality. This is definitely my favorite store at the North Georgia Premium Outlets and I will continue to shop here several times a year! [Review 149 of 366]

But…read moreyesterday, the clearance racks were so disorganized, with all sizes mixed together, including petites, and all types of garments mixed in, that I couldn't even get excited to spend my money. And if you'd wanted another size from the fitting room, the sales staff had a difficult time finding it due to the disorganization. But there were several associates pacing the floor, mentioning the deals, handing out mesh bags to put your considerations in (even though that would get them all wrinkly...). To me, this is the opposite of customer service. They're working so hard to address you by your name and be your personal shopper that it comes across and insincere and desperate. Also, maybe it's just me, since I haven't done serious shopping in a while, but it seemed that many staples, such as button downs and tees were way overpriced, such that it was only the "early Labor Day sale" that made them reasonable. So that made me wonder if any of it was really a deal. If the employees would put half as much effort into organizing the merchandise as they did into upselling in the "wardrobing" area, I probably would have purchased much more than one pair of pants on clearance. Upon picking up some…read moreclothing items we headed to checkout however the kiosk didn't enable us to use the gift card, the manager was extremely supportive and helped us put in touch with the corporate to address the issue and also tried to trouble shoot it a couple different ways. Needless to say the staff is awesome. Kudos to keeping the store stocked and neat. AE outfitters is a great place to shop in general for the quality and value of clothing. Even though I wasn't able to use the gift card at this location they issued me a new one and I'm sure to visit again! I highly recommend shopping at the is location.

We were told that men's length '36 was not kept in store stock and would only be available in the…read moreclearance, as that's where customer return stuff is. We found a 32 36 that was supposed to be 35 dollars (as displayed on the wall). It rang up to be 59 dollars and not on clearance. We don't know if the store associate gave us the wrong information or if we were just charged an extra 20 dollars for something, but the direct contradictory makes us not want to come back either way
