Ended up taking the rotors back to the store. Employee named Kyle seemed annoyed about the return but found the correct size and we compare to the old rotor I took in. Refund was issued for the original in store pick up. However when the new rotors were rang up Kyle didn't apply my 15% discount that I used online. When I asked him to apply the same discount he refused saying the store has to deal with online issues such as mine and he couldn't not honor the same discount. I even showed him on my phone I could buy now and return in 30 minutes and would get the discount. I told Kyle that if he could help me while I was in store then I wouldn't shop here anymore. I was told it would be there the next morning, but when I stopped by it was still there. No problem, I was told. "It will be here on the next shipment," in an hour or so, they said. Still wasn't there. They called the place they ordered it from and surprise...they don't have it in stock, and "that's why they didn't send it to us." Seriously? "But we will order it from another place and have it here this evening" When I asked what they could do to make the situation "right" because they caused me to drive there multiple times for no reason. I was told they could take off 10%. 10% off an air filter? I was pretty frustrated and asked for a manager and was told he was one. I explained that wasn't good enough to make it worth it for me and when I said I would go to AutoZone a mile down the road, he again said that's the best they could do. I told him to forget the purchase. I originally stopped going to AutoZone because Advanced Auto was closer to me. Well, guess what...a mile of driving more to go to a place that always seems to have more things in stock and has better service is more than worth it. Don't bother with this store. I was told they can't balance a 35 inch tire, even tho they sell them, they can't and won't install them. I talked to the manager and nothing. I was lied to THREE times. We have 6 vehicles that have only had Walmart tires put on them, 4 at this location, and 3 at the Cleveland location. You can bet your ass I'll NOT be doing business with any Walmart Tire Center ever again. I'll just pay more at some other place owned by locals and support them from now on. After all the lies and side talking we went to a tiny Mexican Tire shop about a mile away with old tire balancers and he had no problems at all doing it. So we bought 4 new tires for our Nissan from him. I even gave him a nice tip since he stayed open just to serve us. THAT'S customer service!!! My 35's are balanced perfectly and I have no problems making sure the Mexican Tire shop at War Hill and Hwy 53 continu to get our busines! Do NOT buy Walmart tires they are dishonest.
