Then scanned it and tried to get her to put her Social Security number into the machine. I stopped her right there and said She specifically said she doesn't want to apply for credit card. And she said oh okay.. but you will get $40 off.. AGAIN, I said NO. She asked THREE more times before she would let us check out. It was ridiculous and dishonest what she was doing.

I watched the other employee take the clothing set over to her and the manager rolled her eyes, said they don't belong together, tore the swift attachment apart, and told the employee to tell me the outfit was two different prices. Your staff's lack of attention to detail when putting sets back together is not my problem. You had an item with 4 different prices; you go with the lowest price period! It's not my fault your employees were not mindful. This is not the first time I have had issues with management not giving the price as marked. Between the consistent terrible customer service, the long lines, the overcrowded shelves, and the racks never zoned correctly, it will be a while before I return to this location.

The communication was inaccurate, and my daughter and I ended up waiting over an hour on a Sunday. When we arrived, the employee helping us told another staff member there was another one to take care of, and that person seemed annoyed. I even overheard the person working on it say she was tired and exhausted, which only added to the unprofessionalism. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. Customers' time and business should be respected.

This is a relatively small department store with clothing, shoes, home decor and kitchen items. They have clothing and shoes for the entire family. As far as the clothing and shoes, you can find the same or better quality at Walmart for a much better price. If you wanted to take it up a notch, you would still do better at Ross. You certainly won't go here looking for name brand or high quality items. With stores like Walmart, Ross and Target, right around the corner, I'm interested to see if this store will succeed. Bealls Outlet doesn't appear to carry anything that is unique or different than what is currently available in the Cumming market. Only time will reveal if this store is able to succeed in this already saturated discount market.

They told me because of the STYLE. Below are just some items I've decided to keep to sell to my friend since I sold the rest at Uptown Cheapskate. Not even folded back, and made me carry all 40 clothing items in my arms to the parking lot where 2 clothes fell on the cement. DO NOT COME HERE. They are also very selective on the amount of money they give you. This place isn't even worth it. Not clean. Not friendly. Not a girl's girl type of environment. Judgmental.
