I've shopped twice at this location and was able to find a handful of items that I loved both…read moretimes. It's not often that the staff or manager are both helpful and not pushy, and everyone at this spot is excellent with customer service. The store is clean and easy to browse through. Fitting rooms are a nice size and have plenty of space for your personal items and to hang your options. I think the quality is solid and the prices are reasonable. You're not going to walk out of the door with 5 items for $50, but that's not the point. They are nice and durable and I think almost everything is a great texture. One of my new favorites!

This shop has some upscale outdoor gear, boutique clothing, a shoe section, purses and such. They are on the higher end for prices. I was briefly greeted when I walked in, but the woman was on the phone (sounded like a personal call) and she didn't pay any attention to me during my browsing. I found shoes I was interested in, but they didn't have the color I wanted in my size. Turns out- that line, some of the colors are discontinued. I googled while in the store hoping to find them. I was tempted by several pieces of clothing, but even a second custom came and and got the same bland greeting and then the woman vanished to the back office? I had the feeling like sales weren't a big deal- so I went on downtown and shopped my hearts content. Shame- I really did like several products.

From shirts to shoes to hats to home decor and more, the Red Otter is our new favorite shop! They have all sorts of brands for men and women, like Southern Tide. We bought two pairs of the On Cloud shoes, a fabulous nautical belt by Southern Tide, and a candle by South that smells divine! Not only did we have fun, but the ladies in the shop were so friendly and warm that we probably spent 45 minutes in there having a great time socializing. I've already got my eye on another belt, another pair of shoes, a T-shirt, two Oxfords, and a coffee tray! We simply cannot wait to return. Indubitably 5 stars!

They are high quality and the fabric is very soft, not scratchy. I love the positive messages that are printed on their items. Harbor Wear had a huge selection of Tshirts, sweatshirts and hats for men, women and children. I found a cute Vneck Tshirt that is also a souvenir of my trip to Amelia Island! Score! The sales staff was so friendly and helpful and the prices are usually what the LIG brand goes for on-line. I enjoyed shopping here!

Prices are a bit high but expected right in the main tourist area. Great little t-shirt and hat shop!

This store has clothing and jewelry and artsy stuff and it all feels fun. The wall of necklaces and earrings is absolutely huge. My plans were to browse as I usually am accompanied by the non-browsing type, but since I had an alone moment I was able to take my time an look and score!!!! YES! I found two amazing necklaces for $15 each. Both were the same type but different colors of multi-strand beads. I was so excited to actually find something for myself, although I will probably give one away as a gift, it was still exciting. The ladies in here are very nice and they don't hover over you but are there if you need assistance. After the necklaces I did see a few other things that were good buys, but I put the blinders on and got out of there before shopping turned ugly, meaning I spent too much. This is a definite stop in shop as they are not on the pricey side and you can actually afford things in this store. You will find some items which will be more expensive, but for the most part you won't break the bank.

I have to say they hit spot on with the first dress they selected for my dearest, after I thought this whole process would take quite a while! Having said that, I will say Lilly's has an excellent, caring staff that gives their full attention to the customers and their needs. Without doubt, service is 5-star! The variety and quality of the dresses, skirts, blouses, etc. they sell are easily appealing, even to this reviewer, who is not an expert in this area! But with that, you better know before you visit that all things are pretty pricey here! I'm grateful that Lilly's gives military discounts for active and retired military. But with that, unfortunately, Lilly's rarely has seasonal/holiday sales. That may make customers think twice before they visit. I will say that something bad happened after the first steaming of the dress we purchased. After taking it back a couple of days later, one of the caring staff members did a superb job in fixing the issue. I am impressed with Lilly's.
