When we arrived we had to wait for a few minutes prior to us being able to enter the store since there were so many people inside. All of the employees that we came in contact with were very friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful. There were a lot of nice items including shoes, purses, and clothes for sale. Employees also gave out wine, water, cookies, pretzels, and bags with purchase. There was also a DJ. More giveaways & sales will be available for the grand opening on Thursday.

I happen to be at the mall actually shopping around with the intention of searching for shoes and I stumbled upon the mom life. Miss placed it out to me as it was new and I never heard of it before so I went inside to be nosy. I was greeted by a smiling face (Gerrika). She was so horny that I have no choice but to stop and speak with her. She took me on a grave tour of the bomb lowers and told me everything about the company that I needed to know. I learned that this bye caters to moms and the cool thing about them is they allow mom to pay a flat fee or a month and they're actually able to come in and enjoy the ambience, movies, Internet and more. The mom lounge is more than just a place for mom to come and get away from the family or the other every day hustle and bustle of life. It's actually a place where mom can shop for new clothes., Books, assessor he's, and more. Gerrika Explain that the store contains items from several different moms in the area community. So when you purchase from the mom Lounge you are supporting multiple families. If you get an opportunity I heard you just swing by and check them out they are conveniently located on the first floor inside the triangle town Center in front of The Finish Line. She personally assisted us with shopping for appropriate dresses for a 8th Grader. Unfortunately we did not find a perfect fit, however, the selection at Dillards for evening gowns and Special Occasions is tremendous. I appreciate the fact they dedicated a portion of the store to Juniors sizes. Many of the other department stores have gotten rid of Juniors/ Misses and have merged styles with Women's clothing. Dillards has an abundance of designers, I just wish the price tags were reasonable.

I love how LOFT clothes fit and I feel like their sizing is true to size. I wear a size 6 and their size 6 jeans were spot on. Store was very clean, very organized and really well-lit. My only complaint is the employees were a bit standoffish, particularly a petite older lady. She just was not very friendly and seemed irritated to be bothered by a paying customer... I'll continue to shop at LOFT, but won't expect a lot of smiles or great customer service.

The employees here are very cool about hooking you up with the best deal for you: at least twice I've shopped with a 20% off coupon, but on those particular days ATL had another sale going on which saved me more money...they told me to bring the coupon back another day. They have a Barnes & Noble, PINK, Victoria's Secret, Spencer's and Encore Shoes. Several small boutiques, athletic sports stores and famous chain sneaker stores(Champs, Footlocker). This is the reason I label this a "Urban" mall is because of all the street apparel stores. If you're looking for high end luxury designer shoppes like Lululemon, Nordstrom, Louis V., you won't find that here. At all. This is a decent mall to stroll through for a walk or if you need to pick up something quick while in the area. Some of the stores are small businesses just paying rent and not very popular. I have enjoyed shopping at Spencer's, DTLR, Foot Locker, Hollister, PacSun, Macy's, BELK. I mostly shop this mall for my preteen. It is so convenient when in the area, to stop by and shop quickly. Parking is effortless. I hope they can renovate this mall. It has soooo much potential to be better. The food court does not offer many options. I frequent the Chinese buffet Sinowok. The food is consistently good and the large portions are affordable to share with someone else. Customer service is excellent.
